What I Did in WARSAW IN 24 HOURS

Famous street here in Warsaw a must visit tourism is booming here hey he is an important thing to know if you travel to Warsaw it’s really part of the culture what a Polish Church looks like why is he covered in a purple Veil you’re the chef yes wow affordable for

The locals this is absolutely amazing I didn’t think to find a Moscow souvenir in Warsaw Alona Natalia smana High B massages I am born again my zpp Cano look at the size of this thing let me show you something special in Warsaw well guys the journey continues I’m leaving vus and I’m

Heading to Warsaw on LS Express as you probably already know oh boy honestly I couldn’t think of a better way to travel in the baltics whether you’re going from Estonia all the way to Poland I mean Talon Ria vus Warsaw this is such a reliable service it’s super comfortable they give you

Your own little screen to watch your movies on there’s a table is comfortable to work which is probably what I’m going to be doing on this trip I like this service so much I’ve agreed with Lue Express that if you’re traveling around the region and you’d like to use them

They’re offering a 30% discount if you use this promo code of checkout that’s Lu je 30 looks je3 at checkout and they’ll give you a brilliant 30% discount so everyone from this deceivingly sunny day right here in Warsaw Poland now first things first we need a breakfast and we’re going to head right over there the far corner there’s a strip of shops and I think they’ll have something I want for breakfast let’s Go now guys I’m not one for sweet breakfast usually but when I travel a big part of it is the food and I noticed this place last night when I arrived here and I said absolutely yes this place called pataria and these are traditional polish Donuts these just look absolutely

Phenomenal as a matter of fact looks like a cops Museum I don’t usually do donuts but like I said we want to try the Local Foods these are very popular and very famous so let’s try and figure out what we got here we’ve got caramel some kind of hazelnut Kinder Bueno pistachio Rose

Advocat Co cheese and berries pomy granate they got a lot of varieties here I think I’m going to go for a pistachio hello hello good morning how are you young lady thank you very good I’d like a pistachio donut yes one one and where are you from young lady Armenia oh barus

Wants this mer is this Armenian donut shop no no oh just you are from Armenia Mercy oh where can I get the good Armenian breakfast lavage all this Keb oh ni yes Yan mhm Mercy how about that nice young Armenian lady now let’s just find a place to have

This comfortably cuz you know what Donuts are like price for this 11 slotty Happy Days right by the train tracks dose up on my uh vitamin D here we go guys this is what these Donuts look like good morning oh my God this is absolutely amazing so fluffy and the crystallized

Sugar on top absolutely amazing I’ll show you the filling in a minute look at all that filling guys find one of these places they’re scattered all over Bowland specialized in Donuts you got to have this love it that was absolutely phenomenal guys and says right there they have 40 different flavors like I

Said a cop’s Museum I think a cop would stand there in shock just gazing at them all another thing you must do when in Poland whether it’s your first trip or your 51st trip like mine visit the Old Town it’s special and we’re going to go there

By tram look at that tra excuse me young ladies is this uh um Centrum this is [ __ ] uh tra number four tra number four here uh is there another sentrum further down maybe yes may here next stop next stop yes maybe I don’t know thank you I think I got off too early

Guys never mind it’s all part of the adventure let’s get on this one So this is nine we need eight guys look at that if you’ve never been to wara I must visit the Palace of culture so you know how to get around so the stock name is Centrum and the actual station or place where you get on that’s number nine I’m looking

For 9 eight now there is a junction here that is goes in four directions so it could pretty much be anywhere but how magnificent is that some people love it some people hate it I think it’s absolutely brilliant and I made a whole video about that one building so check

It out if you’re coming to Warsaw and you’d like to visit this place check out the video this guy looks like he’s P English my friend English yes number eight you know where central eight is stop number eight might be in the site yeah it might be that’s

Six over there yeah I’m going to the old toown which directions then there you just need to take this tra any tra there two staps you need to stop at using another and you can just go to the left straight and you will be walking yeah it’s walking yeah it’s walking let’s do

That okay thank you m where are you from I’m from India nice to meet you my friend where’s the best place to have Indian food here in uh Poland well there are uh plenty of restaurants here for example you can go straight here there is a restaurant India Gau it’s good yeah

It’s G thank you so I’m going two more stops yeah yeah and then turn left and walk it yeah great that’s what we’re going to do guys Third Time Lucky now I’m hoping this will do it now another thing guys if you’re traveling here get lost in the city ask around the people are super friendly super approachable and uh yeah you won’t have any trouble with that so don’t be afraid to ask the locals even though sometimes

They might look like they may be frowning or what they’re very friendly people another thing when you go around getting lost don’t go by taxis explore the city look at that over there what a magnificent Mosaic we been to Poland I’m times I’ve been right here here times and I’ve never noticed it

Morning good morning do you speak English what was this building very very small oh history yeah what history are you from was no no no no no what is camera YouTube YouTube uh I make YouTube videos no YouTuber yeah yeah say hello to YouTube Palma in the middle of War [Applause] yeah

Party understand yes yes Communist Party [Applause] commun how cool is that now initially guys the plan was to walk down that main road but I think I’m going to change the plan walk through here you know my idea was to take a tram all the way there and

Then Midway decided to go for a walk it would be a crime not to the weather is glorious be flexible be flexible one your travels for sure make it an adventure have a plan but don’t be afraid to deviate from it by far one of my favorite European cities

Wasa it’s an amazing Place Rich culture proud people I can tell you if you delve into their history they have a lot to be proud of inside we better go inside thought I looked don’t want to lock myself in here that would be mad damn local Street artists have

Definitely been at this oh it’s a club called inside so yeah I guess it’s part of the theme because guys we’re literally parallel to a street to a street called noves fat noves fat is probably the most popular and famous street in Warsaw so let’s hope I’m not locked in

There now we’re good another thing I love about Warsaw right there you can see is a restaurant called Kia which Kali is a typical Georgian delicacy I’ve eaten in this restaurant before it’s phenomenal and that’s one of the things that I love about Warsaw is the variety of foods it’s really multinational which

Is something I really miss in in Ria honestly speaking living in Ria and take a look at this pristine Little Road street so guys We’ve Ended up on vat probably the most famous street here in Warsaw and it’s really got two sides by day it’s a lovely place to stroll around

CAF especially if the weather’s like this but by night this turns into probably one of the best nights out I’ve ever experienced every little Alleyway is just full of bars and you walk it and you discover all these places definitely a musty I made a video about that

Actually you can check it out but definitely a must see if you’re in Warsaw and we’re heading down still towards the old town so now these guys is an important thing to know if you travel to Warsaw Java let me show you it’s a little convenience store but

They’re often a lifesaver tiny but they have everything you need if you happen to arrive in Warsaw Sur and L if you happen to arrive in Warsaw on a Sunday or late at night these places they’ve got you covered anything from milk water bread any Essentials you might

Need and they’re all over the place very useful can’t get over how gorgeous this day turned out that was in the forecast so we’re Super Lucky guys one thing you’ll notice is that Poland is an extremely Catholic country there are churches all over the place and they’re magnificent really beautiful now in 1979

The first polish Pope John Paul II was actually the first pope in many many centuries not to be Italian he’s the one that actually broke them mall so a bit of trivial information and the guy was a genius I think he spoke like eight languages so I’m a big fan Personally So guys we’ve made it to the Oldtown and what a magnificent view from this balcony here but what I noticed right there is a traditional Fair of Art and half handcraft souvenirs let’s go and take a [Applause] look wow excuse me these are made from real eggs no it’s made of wood oh

They’re wooden yeah my mistake guys it’s all right it’s on me it’s on me no me me me lady doesn’t want to be filmed fair enough not everybody wants to be on camera not everyone is as crazy as I am Moscow Moscow mka with Moscow on it

Pretty cool I didn’t think to find a Moscow souvenir in waro this is the matroska specialist hello my friend how are you hello very nice shop you have here thank you you make all this no no wow look how cool is this one polish Rabbi huh yes polish Rabbi

Old tradition all tradition oh you got some cool postcards here freedom from bolik this yeah left troski freedom of the Bolsheviks freedom from the Bol wow look at these posters these are original posters no it’s from in war 1920 so this was during the 1920 war against the

USSR thank you sir you too we fall on here good morning smells like India no smells like Syria Syria yes smells like Syria not India not India we’re burning Syrian incense in here and we have the uh finen for the coffee yes are you from Syria Poland all this stuff is from

Syria a lot not all Aleppo you hear about Aleppo natural natural soap from Aleppo natural soap from Aleppo how interesting okay and you have also from there from Damascus tahini from there as well yes tea coffee tea coffee ah you make the coffee here yes I make coffee here look

At that they make the original there’s always a dispute is it Arabic coffee Turkish coffee yes Armenian coffee so many countries make their coffee this way this Arabic Arabic style how much is the coffee 15 five5 yes didn’t expect this guys thank you very much young lady bye

Bye-bye I can’t get over how glorious this day has turned out it is perfect weather I shouldn’t even have this I just don’t have anywhere to leave it right now well as I said earlier guys we’ve made it to the Oldtown let me show you this place and tell you a little bit

About it look at this guy how much is it 35 basically you put your phone on there and then you film you’re going round and round I love the entrepreneurial spirit and right there that wall is going to be our first stop the barin so right here

Guy how cool is this fell Yan zakovich 1900 1983 and it says here architect of the rebuilt Warsaw now I want to share this with you because Warsaw is really a beautiful clean City it’s very very pleasant what you have to realize what makes this place so

Fascinating is that most of what we saw after the second world war there was absolutely nothing left 90% of warsa was completely destroyed leaving you know just rubble and this was only about 80 years ago and in that short time look at the miracle they’ve managed to reproduce

Here and I’ll tell you more about it when we go inside into the Old Town meanwhile let’s enjoy a magnificent stroll along here hello mate what you got there hello hello crazy he’s trying to be what a playful dog Madness it’s really magnificent around here guys So the baracan was a or is rather cuz it’s still this is one of the few things that still is remaining from before the war and it’s a fortification that was built in the 16th century I think and it would have been lined here with feliers as you can see aiming through

There and it’s the line that really separates the main part of the city to the Old Town definitely come and see this place let’s head into the Oldtown we’re stepping into the old town and I’m happy to say and to see that tourism is booming here I’ve heard Chinese I’ve

Heard Spanish I’ve heard Italian I’ve heard French there are people from everywhere here right now that’s a good thing here take a look guys Chinese tourists everywhere good [Applause] morning hello hi hi where you from ah Taiwan Taiwan forgive me for calling them Chinese sorry about that guys if you see this

Lovely people though and we’re arriving into the main Square guys this is breath ping now what’s fascinating about this place guys is that all of this was completely destroyed during during the second World War I mean entirely this whole old town now you got to understand most European cities have an old town

And it’s usually the prettiest part of the town the one that all the tourists flock to and none of this was here now the architect that we saw back at the entrance he’s the one that was responsible in part for rebuilding and recreating all this and they did it with

Images plans and they tried to reproduce it as best they can to how it was so even though this all is so old looking impressive it was actually built in the 1950s but if you come here definitely check out the old town now there was a place here years ago a

Restaurant that I came to maybe 25 years ago with the funniest name and I want to see if it’s still here doesn’t look like it now as you can see the square here is full of cafes restaurants you can come and enjoy some lovely food good morning morning young lady

Good morning how are you I’m fine at you beef sterlin steak and a cream sauce that looks nice you cook all this you’re the one who cooks yeah you’re the chef yeah wow you have time to stand here no I I know the chef where are you from Ukraine oh what City UK it’s fine byebye byebye now this wasn’t the one actually starting to wonder if it was on this where or not but anyways look how beautiful so guys as I’ve said Poland very Catholic country full of churches I could even call it the city of churches

Let’s go and take a look what a Polish Church looks like well that was quite impressive but I’m wondering why he’s all veiled up polish viewers comment below let me know why is why is he covered in a purple Veil well guys that was the Oldtown for you and

Honestly lot of walking I’ve developed an appetite time to get some lunch let me show you something special in Warsaw let’s go so guys I’ve come to what is known as The Milk Bar or bar mne and there’s load of them all over Poland actually it’s really part of the culture now they’re

Very unique these places because although they called milk bars they serve a lot of things not just milk and it’s not a bar it’s actually a little cafe SL canteen where you can get some typical typical Polish foods and they’re absolutely phenomenal hi there how are

You um I’m good I’m very well thank you I’m very well so everything’s in Polish and most of them when you go you’re going to have everything in Polish but this one’s pretty cool because you’ve got like a big screen there where you can actually have the English menu I’ve

Looked at the menu already and I know what I’m going to have hello hello how are you your name is my name is Natalia Natalia yeah and you want Al ala and Natalia our food e eat Ukrainian and Poland ukraini and Poland food so we’re having Ukrainian and Polish food yeah

Together very good so ala and Natalia here’s what I want I want a sell soup so the green one orell sou chicken soup sell H okay yeah okay here here here right here I’m going to eat here I also want um these dumplings fried dumpling PES fried yes Paka and cheese with

Cabbage mushrooms what’s better cabbage mushroom sounds good no yes very good cabbage mushroom onion sour cream what is what the perfect you make it on perfect onion and drink compt yes compt guys got to have a compt I’ll tell you about all about this place when we

Sit down look at these lovely young ladies and where you from what city oh yeah I’ve been there many years ago I’m from England London London I have London I go one month I go London oh yeah yeah congratulations what for here is better I see you London yeah no I see

In number P I speak number you speak I go you speak okay yes so this this soup is actually a sural soup oh magnificent just what the doctor ordered right now not very common to eat this in England or in the Western countries so the whole concept here is

The prices are really really reasonable this whole meal cost me 30 ly that’s for the soup the drink and the main course and the reason why this is the case is because a Milk Bar is actually a thing here in Poland it’s a status so in order to open

A Milk Bar you have to officially open a Milk Bar and there are certain regulations and things that have to abide by number one a lot of the ingredients are actually subsidized by the government and number two they have a cap on how much profit margin they can

Make leaving it very you know affordable for the locals and the tourists that know so check out the mil bar when you’re in wara for sure you won’t regret it and the food’s delicious traditionally cell super served with a hard boiled egg inside phenomenal guys guys look at this now you get seven

Dumplings doesn’t look like much but I challenge most big guys to eat that and say oh I could eat more and here we got the sour cream which just phenomenal just enhances this kind of food honestly speaking don’t be shy with the um sour there goes nothing guys fried polish

Puges with cabbage and mushrooms topped with onions fried onions and sour cream these are good guys they’re amazing but I physically can no longer eat anything I am stuffed to the br oh by the way because they want to keep this cost effective for everybody the rule is once

You’re done eating you clean your own table and you put it right over There oh my good so much so much very very yum yum yum yum excellent value guys if you do come to Poland and you don’t check out one of these what they call a Milk Bar this one is actually called The Milk Bar you’re missing out so your lotties smana smana

Smana Alona Natalia smana the MEA Misha Mish yeah oh you speak English all righty well ladies ala you should not be alone you should be with someone Natalia yes call me in London okay promise you don’t you don’t even have my phone number you don’t have my telephone number ja you

Byebye byebye bye bye bye I’ll tell you what guys nothing fancy but definitely the place you want to go hungry and if you’re looking for a deal not the kind of place you’d bring a first date on maybe a second date if you wanted to get rid of the

Girl good vibe in this city guys really good vibe they were selling eggs by the way and entertaining everybody with some 1990s why not play some rubbish literally I don’t know every time I come back to Warsaw I like it more and more and when the weather’s like this well there’s

Just nothing to say there it’s perfect well guys the sun is coming down over Warsaw and honestly it’s been a fantastic day but to top it off I can’t think of a better way to end the day than with one of these high B massages now this particular place is amazing in

  1. We cover crucifix with figure of Jesus with purple veil traditionally from Great Friday (death of Christ) until day of resurrection. It reminds us that Jesus was lying in the grave on these days, covered with Holy Shroud (Sacra Sindone:)

  2. Joe, are you cooking or selling Bus Tickets?
    Do you British or ???
    Why do you like Polaks?
British hate all people who only love themselves.

  3. There's nothing like a Ukrainian teaching an Englishman how to mispronounce Polish and thinking he's pronouncing it right. Not "Smetania", but the correct way to say it is ŚMIETANA, with the letter Ś and a softening between the letters I and E. "Smetana" is Czech language.

  4. A lot of Czecha WHO travel to Warsaw they majority of them say: I lost my Time. Why have I come to this city without a soul. IT is said that people claim that. Because I love Poland as well. Greetings from Hungary.

  5. Dawno nie byłem w Warszawie. Czego to już w tej Warszawie nie ma? Jak postawią piramidę to też się już nie zdziwię, a Warszawiacy, a nie słoiki jeszcze w Warszawie są?

  6. 4.14 ''It says right there, they have forty delicious flavours.'' The adjective 'pyszny' means 'delicious' and not 'differnet.' In Polish 'rozny' means 'different.'
7.43 On the building it says: 'CALY NAROD BUDUJE SWOJA STOLICA'-in English: 'THE WHOLE NATION BUILDS ITS OWN CAPITAL.'
11.44 Zabka is everywhere not only in Warsaw but on almost every street throughout the whole of Poland. I do not think that they are the cheapest of shops but are just convenience stores. As far as I know a 'zabka' is a 'frog!'

  7. It actually says ,,The whole nation rebuilds its capital" on the building next to the mosaic (around 7:36) It was built after the war and thats the history that the man is talking about, and the barbacan, it was actually not there before the war 😉 warsaw was supposed to look like in the 17th century, thats how it was rebuilt. The barbacan was built there just to fit the conception. before the war it was not there.

  8. Purple. Worn during Lent or the Advent, purple represents penance, preparation, and sacrifice. It is also worn at funerals because of its connection to mourning. Purple vestments are donned to remind the funeral-goers to pray for the penance and absolution of the departed.

  9. I'm really enjoying watching all of your videos! You're a very upbeat, friendly, and brilliant man! I hope you become the new bald and bankrupt 🙂
