When you think about France, you think about Paris or Bordeaux, or the South of France. But there are some really great places to see and capture in the North of France!
I really wanted to see Mont Saint Michel from that area. Since booking a place right near it was pretty expensive, I ended up getting a place in Rennes and driving through the French countryside to my main location.
Rennes surprised me by how much it offered as a touristic place. You have a lot to see if you walk around or take a bike. You also should try the local food! Second place, I think it’s actually a really good option if you want to move to France, because it’s very livable.
