In this week’s video from a few years back, we roam the beaches of South East Thailand, travelling by car, ferry and boat. The beaches are bustling with local life as well as tourists from near and far. We start in Jomtien Beach (Chonburi), then go further south-east to Koh Chang (Trat), before returning to Chonburi where we take a short day trip to Ko Larn, head back to Pattaya on the mainland, and also make a short stop in Bang Saen on our way back to Bangkok. We round off with some sea-food shopping at the local fish market, stocking up for next week’s cooking.

Two other awesome destinations along the same coast stretch are Koh Samet (Rayong) and Ko Si Chang (Chonburi), which we payed a visit in an earlier post.

The video and pictures were all captured with a Panasonic NV-GS500
