P&O Aurora FULL Cruise Ship Tour

Before we start the “docu-vlog” series of our week onboard P&O Aurora, you’ve had the cabin tour (just search ‘Travel Blog Jamie P&O Aurora Balcony Cabin”), and now the full ship tour! Come with us on this walking tour of Aurora and each deck, checking in on all deck plans, all venues and showing you what you can expect on this mid-sized cruise ship, the oldest (and fastest) in the P&O fleet! Any Qs, please post them below and I’ll try my best to answer them! Thanks to Maffoo for helping with the editing and some of the voiceovers!

  1. Thanks for another fantastic vlog, Jamie & it was nice to hear Maffoo as well. He did a great job 👏 Well I'm surprised to say that we're so impressed with Aroura! I'm not sure if we are getting old, but we loved the classic look of her & your vlog has now made us want to take a cruise on her 😂 I think it will be our quest now to cruise on every ship in the fleet 😁 x

  2. Lovely ship tour and thank you for the guest speaker , well done Maffoo .

Love Anderson's on the older ships and the crows nest a must for us 😁😁.

    Great vlog

  3. Living across the pond from you, I knew nothing about P&O ships. They really are lovely. Watching you walk around the ship, I enjoyed Maffoo’s voiceover and style. Switching between the two of you added great variety. 🙏 for Maffoo. 🙏🫶 for Jamie.

  4. Great vlog as usual Jamie Aurora looks like a fine example of a classic cruise ship. I hope that the obsession Cruise lines appear to have with building larger ships does not lead to the demise of the smaller more intimate ships.
Off to Iceland on Arcadia end of July really looking forward to that.

  5. Tiered sterns are lovely compared to the modern flat tower block look, Fred Olsen Balmoral is an even older ship and has the same kind of stern (so much more aesthetically pleasing imo)

  6. Thinking of taking a short cruise on Aurora so thanks for useful tour. I hope you can holiday on this vessel without the high-tech overload of some of the newer megaships?

  7. Ah looking at that man swimming in the pool at the beginning in warm sunshine made me want to jump on a plane and the heck outta Blighty! If it rains anymore I think the entire UK will become a cruise ship and float off – let's hope to somewhere roughly near either Bermuda or the Bahamas!
