Getting a motorhome ready for a 6 week trip

Watch us get the motorhome ready for our 6 week trip to Scotland, or rather watch while we procrastinate, and blether about anything to avoid actually doing what we are supposed to be doing.

  1. Wow! Can’t believe the grief you get from followers. Some people eh? Keep being you, keep doing you. Love it all. Looking forward to your Scotland trip. Reallllly want to hear about the toilet mishap now πŸ€”πŸ€£x

  2. Hi both, looking forward to your Scotland trip, we start our journey on 7th May, up to the lakes then Scotland (Inverness and the NC500) then Fort William on the way back down in our Swift Escape 694, who knows we may see you

  3. Video was an interesting insight – good fun as usual – have a great trip – ignore the negative stuff – it happens – Unfortunately πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

  4. We left Brackla on 31st March. Today 8th April we have not needed to overnight on a site. We have paid to use services when needed. Solar has kept us going even after a snow storm. We have supported local food shops en ruote. We did an overnighter in the Kelpies car park to see horses lit up, it really was magical. We are here for a month so if you pass someone frantically waving it might well be us. Irene and Mike

  5. Looking forward to the Scottish videos 😊. We have a low audi sport estate and when my husband or our youngest is at the wheel they're so laid back you can hardly see their heads over the steering wheel so you look very upright to me πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  6. We got a pet passport in Spain a couple of years ago for our dog – needed a Spanish address that we had at the time but the Vet only gave a 1 year rabies jab. The following year (11.5 months later!!) we were in Northern Ireland travelling the Antrim coastline and nipped into Southern Ireland (Dundalk – just over the boarder- didnt take long to get there) and obtained a 3 year rabies jab for about 50 euros…….thats our dog all sorted for 3 years ….😊

  7. This is the trip I'm looking forward to seeing, love all your adventures for your no frills honesty, and as Scotland is on my to do list for mid September it's right up my street.

  8. Great little video Redders & the Gopro is looking great so far but if I'm honest there didn't seem any issues with the old one & seriously what are people like commenting on what you look like on camera all them people should just go on another channel if there gonna slag you guys off pretty much!!πŸ˜¬πŸ™„ And you say that you put a load of things on Facebook but both the wife and I aren't on Facebook so we are missing things then!!😫 + we are going to Spain for a month in September so would love to know the things we need to prepare for with our Cockapoo?☺️ Looking forward for the next adventure guys all the best Dave…πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

  9. Whilst in Scotland, will you be going to the electric brae, or to the only lake in Scotland. You could also go to the village of LUSS, it is on the shore of loch Lomond and was the village used in the series Take the Highroad

  10. If you go from the electric brae towards Kilmarnock, just to the right, there's a village, called Moscow. Shirley and I went last year in our 1994 campervan, I had to take a pic, people didn't believe me that I was going to drive to Moscow, not my fault if they thought Russia.
You could also go to Balquhidder parish church and see the grave of Rob Roy. If you know the story of Rob Roy

  11. Enjoyed learning from your trips, can I ask what you do with grey waste?

When you was in Europe did you find many places to drive over and drop waste or did you have a container?

  12. Go to the kelpies at night they are amazing as they are lit up at night and also change colour plenty of parking. Enjoy Scotland and your trip and sod the keyboard warriors all the best to you both.

  13. We are heading back up to the land of the porridge gobblers in the van next week so hope to bump into you both for a blether.
Btw we got a pet passport for our two cockers in Northern Ireland it was so easy man.
Btw Corrine you look lush pal as does the big man their only jealous. Keep on truckin kids 🀟

  14. Up the east coast, just north of Aberdeen, you have Newburgh seal beach. I've never seen so many seals up close. Then further north to Cruden Bay. You should get parked down at the small harbour (Port Erroll). Nice walk from Cruden Bay to Slains Castle (Apparently Bram Stoker, Dracula inspiration). Further north between Banff and Elgin, you've got the beautiful village of Cullen. Stunning walk along the beach and up onto the cliffs to Portknockie and views out to the stunning Bow Fiddle Rock. Enjoy our beautiful country.
