Countries for Cycling | Easy vs Hard

I made this video so that the particular aspects of what makes places easy or hard to cycle come to the limelight. I used our experiences in a variety of countries as examples to illustrate. This way I hope you can learn and use the information as a tool to select potential countries to go cycling for yourself, with some additional research of course, but without them necessarily having to be countries we have been to.

I am curious to know how you think this video idea turned out! Let me know?

  1. Outstanding, once again. On that terrorist murder: I suspected that may have been some fake BS written by the see-eye-aye. Or even an A.I bot . What the kid alledgedly wrote in his log book before was quite odd , and the blurry video footage of the attack. Pretty sure that was during covid, when fear mongering was at an all time high, and people were jumping on bikes everywhere… The other story of the guy in France on the lake was far more believable. On another note, on saddle positioning, lately I'ven been looking more at stem length (reach) to possibly cure that short or long saddle position issue (pelvic tilt angle) we both have . I've noticed that on my latest build. But I might just adapt to it. Still tweaking…Onward!

  2. You've both learned so much and had an amazing experience traveling like you both have thanks for sharing your amazing experiences 👌👍🙏

  3. Water is essential! Many good advice 👍 my recent trip I got to used to there being places to buy water everywhere, then I took a different route… Suddenly there were nothing. Later on the Day and empty for water, a couple of guys came on a motorbike and gave me water ❤

  4. Always love listening to you guys the contents is great, one thing we used is Warmshowers to get around and also meet and get new routes.Looking forward to your next adventure.

  5. Hi guys, I need your advice and badly! I am almost 50 years old, am in very good shape, and lecture at a university in Poland. I am an introvert. I find it quite easy to learn languages. I don't have a family or any long-term commitments. I want to quit my job and travel by bicycle for the rest of my hopefully long life. I have the necessary equipment and some experience in bicycle touring. Please advise me, how on earth to finance such a journey? I think I need about 400-450 euros per month. Can someone share knowledge on how to secure such an income for the next, say, 10-15 years? Is it even possible?

  6. I enjoy all of your content of course, but this is one of the most helpful informational videos that you have posted (in my opinion). Thank you, and looking forward to the next one!

  7. You guys have so much experience I think you should write a reference book about cycle touring the world with the kind of useful information you put in your vids but in more detail. I'm certain it would be a best seller!
