Germany is the most populous country in European Union, a great power with a strong economy; it has the world’s fourth-largest economy by nominal Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and the fifth-largest by Purchasing Power Parity (PPP). As a global leader in several industrial and technological sectors, it is both the world’s third-largest exporter and importer of goods. A developed country with a very high standard of living, it upholds a social security and universal health care system, environmental protection, and a tuition-free university education.
Germany has been the home of influential and successful artists, philosophers, musicians, sportspeople, entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, and inventors.

Nuremberg was the site of huge Nazi Party conventions — the Nuremberg rallies. The 1934 Nuremberg rally was filmed by Leni Riefenstahl (1902 – 2003) , and made into a propaganda film called Triumph of the Will. Leni’s techniques —such as moving cameras, aerial photography, the use of long focus lenses to create a distorted perspective, and the revolutionary approach to the use of music and cinematography —have earned Triumph of the Will recognition as one of the greatest propaganda films in history. Leni won several awards in Germany, USA, France, Sweden and other countries. This film offers us an opportunity of time travel to visit the historical past of Nuremberg. The present day Nuremberg has been visited with Google Earth in this video.
Frank Capra’s seven-film series “Why We Fight?” is the American response to Nazi propaganda in Triumph of the Will.
Today many examples of Nazi architecture can still be seen in the city of Nuremberg, such as Nazi Congress Hall, Documentation Center Nazi Party Rally Grounds and Zeppelin field etc.

“The famous Erleangen University of Germany invited me to deliver a lectuer on Islamic Law. In the western Universities, there are permanent departments about Islam and Muslim countries. Their’s research plays vital role in shaping western conceptions about Islam, Muslims and Muslim countries… Usually those scholars are invited there, who are themselves product of western education system and influenced by it, therefore, they cannot truly represent
Islam and Muslims there…Orthodox Muslim scholars are rarely invited…” (Taqi Usmani)
