Located on the South East Coast of the island of Rhodes, Lindos lies around 50KM from Rhodes Town. The village consists of two bays (Main Bay and St Pauls) which sit each side of the Acropolis with its castle, some of which was constructed by the Knights of St John. Main bay is home to the main beach and smaller Pallas Beach with St Paul’s also featuring organised sunbeds and parasols. The main part of the village sits in between the two and below the Acropolis with its whitewashed, sugar cube houses. The maze of streets offer cool shelter from the sun as temperatures usually average 3 degrees more in Lindos than the rest of the island.
