    Hi Friends! I have spent the better part of the last decade trying to meet a real-life cannibal, and I finally have completed my goal here in Varanasi, India. For real! His name is “Baba” and he is an Aghori man who lives on the banks of the Ganges River – the site where more than 300 bodies are cremated every day and their ashes are thrown into the river. Varanasi is the most spiritual place in India, and for Hindus, it’s the holiest place to have their bodies burned.

    Baba explained to me the various reasons why he eats humans (spoiler alert: he said the heart is the best part of the body) – and what I discovered will leave you speechless.

      As a Chang Naga from Northeastern India I don't know why seeing skulls or hearing such stories doesn't freak me out given that my forefathers were once fierce head hunters. We never practiced cannibalism tho. I myself have seen and touched human skulls in a cave dubbed 'skull cave' in my village as we had the tradition of peeling off the skin and preserving the skull in specific caves assignment to different clans. However nothing religious about it. As a Naga with ancesters that were once barbaric and wild head hunters with villages fighting for eachother's territories and masters in guirella warfare nothing can be too crazy for us

      To those who label them as barbaric, I offer this perspective: Aghoris are individuals who have forsaken material possessions for a higher purpose. They perceive no distinction between good and bad, viewing both as creations of God. They hold feces as sacred as a lit lamp and consider urine as pure as water. Alcohol is regarded as holy as milk, and marijuana may serve medicinal purposes akin to paracetamol or they may be pure as roses to them. Neither snow nor sun exhausts them.
      Importantly, they refrain from imposing their beliefs, converting others, harming, or polluting. They are simply wanderers in pursuit of tranquility and spiritual enlightenment…
      Despite their stark contrast to traditional Hindu practices, akin to Satan worship in Christianity, Aghoris are respected rather than opposed by Hindus.

      Maybe u should look at the USA…a country built on the dead bodies of millions of native Americans 🤡…also u guys arent even Americans…u r Europeans

      Drinking blood is a very evil sin. The Lord Jesus Christ is God manifest in the flesh and is the only way to Heaven. There is a penalty for sin, death and hell. We are all sinners, there is none that does good. Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation, and it is His work done on the cross with His death, burial and resurrection, see some scriptures that can help you and I hope for your salvation. See more
