well hi guys it’s George from Cyprus
insight and today I’m in Panera and look
at the weather clear skies it’s about
20° I think it’s the 16th of
December another couple weeks until
Christmas day or less than that even
and I’ve come down here this
afternoon midday to have a walk around
have a little midday stroll see what’s
going on in the lovely
Panera like to thank Stefan for the
super
thanks thank you very much
Stefan there’s the Tipsy
turtle fish and chip Friday beer
beer codon
chips you lots of things on offer there
at the Tipsy
turtle and we’re going to go down
towards the
coast this is the lovely
MOS they got a lovely Garden guys look
out for the video we did have a lovely
Sunday lunch
here and I think they’re getting ready
for Sunday Day lunch today it’s a
beautiful place to sit out here in the
gardens it’s all
lovely beautiful food
guys are mjos open for breakfast lunch
dinner and of course
drinks now if you’re lucky enough to
come here in the summer guys it is a
little bit quieter than
BR and much quieter than aan neppa but
the beaches are amazing down here it
really is a little gem there’s George’s
place and we did get one of these uh
quad machines went up
to where did we go guys anyone remember
we got a picnic and we went up to Capo
Greco that’s right up to Capo Greco
I had a little picnic and then came back
and uh it it does do you a good price
there we are George’s quad bikes and
mopeds and push bikes he’s got
everything here
guys really lovely chap now this year I
will be going out on one again and I
want to
rent this particular one the pickup
truck there we are do a bit of gardening
as well couldn’t I take it home there it
is there’s a lovely little pickup
truck and that’s the one I’ll be renting
this year guys from
georg’s definitely going to get that one
oh look the back even flips up so you
can throw your garden rubbish in there
but don’t tell him guys don’t tell him
I’m going to put all my garden rubbish
in
there so we could uh tidde up my garden
in the summer and then we can go up and
have another picnic with our quad bike
pickup truck thing from
georg’s and as I said he will always do
you a very good deal he’s really nice
guy there’s the
Anastasia Aqua
park now we’ve been in that hotel guys a
couple of times it’s a lovely little
hotel big hotel should I say
it’s got massive swimming pools and it’s
got that Aqua park there it
is now that is also open to the general
public you can pay to get
in okay for the video so that’s ideal so
you don’t even have to go down to the a
NEPA water park you can go in that
little water
park of course the aappa water park
Park’s got a lot more rides it’s a 4
days
entertainment quite exciting to look out
for the video I went there with my
friend
Rob and he made me go on every single
ride oh it was a bit hair raising but
brilliant brilliant Anastasia there we
are what’s this
hairdressers oh never seen that
before
we
are got

hairdresses now I’m going to go around
the blue
spice shoot around I’ll show you the
beach and then we’ll go up down the next
main road now blue spice is open all
year round for food and relaxing and for
a lovely SL slow
beer and if you’re here and you’re
enjoying a slow beer here guys you can
also use their facilities for free
they’ve got sunand beds and all sorts of
things around here they’ve even got a
lovely
lawn so if you fancy a swim in a beer or
snack oh look at that pizza oh that
looks
delish you come here guys and relax on
the sun beds on the lawn use their
swimming
pool all right let’s carry on down oh by
the way there is a car park yeah there’s
a public free car park right next to our
Coastal
path now connected to the blue spice is
this lovely little cafe wine bar right
in the corner oh it looks like they
brought their dogs out for a a slow beer
oh it looks like everyone’s bought their
dogs
out there we are right let’s have a look
at the beach should
we this is a lovely Beach to come
especially this time of the
year look at that well
sheltered lovely soft sand a soft slope
getting into the sea and look lovely and
calm around here the sea is not too
rough anyway today but is
calm there are toilet facilities they’re
all open throughout the year and
changing rooms of course the lifeguard’s
not
around right let’s carry on
down I think there’s quite a lot of
people enjoying the coastal path today
look you see it’s quite a lot of people
but it is Sunday afternoon after all
right let’s go up there’s the blue spot
across the
road you
see right Let’s cross the road
then no Magic
Carpet there’s that massive event Place
guys where they do uh night events like
sort of parties and things especially in
the
weekends that’s called the
NOA never been in there
before had a little Glimpse when the
gate was
open oh another hair
salon now this Taverna is shut for the
winter guys a nice Taverna actually very
traditional cypria
Tavera if fellos to
Vera this is nice Mr Donna we’ve had a
kebab there before guys very
Delish in fact we had a picnic I think
it was an evening picnic and an evening
swim and uh couple of our friends
decided they’re going to have a cab for
their picnic so they came here it was
delish they said unusual picnic
a
kebab forget what I had now oh that’s
right I went to the bakery guys and had
a
pie and some lovely
desserts oh what’s happening
here oh yes this hotel was stripped back
quite a few months ago now it’s at a
stand
still hm
H not sure what’s going on
there that’s the polya there we are go
down this road guys or you can use the
coastal path that’s a lovely place to
enjoy in the summer they got a massive
lawn they’ve got swimming pool a Cafe
and
Restaurant and you can rent sand beds
off them guys and
umbrellas and lie on that lovely lawn
and then just go over the coastal
path into the sea or use their swimming
pool oh look at that it’s an art gallery
now that’s all gone what was that can
everyone reable what that was was it a
bakery well it’s a temporary AR gallery
now it’s up for rent right in the
corner there there’s another road going
up to the
POA there’s the lovely dolma restaurant
we went there for a meal it was really
delish lovely and quiet and you get set
menus which is
ideal can’t decide what I’m going to
have shall I have a starter shall I have
this shall I have that they’ve got set
menus if you can’t decide there they are
look here we go let’s have a look at
number one soup or toiki garlic bread
spaghetti bolognese
1375 here we are that’s a seafood one or
barbecue spare rib
one
1575 all three for
meal set
menus don’t have to have set menu of
course so that’s a lovely dolma
restaurant there’s a massive dive shop
here now you find lots and lots of dive
shops
everywhere so if you’re fancy having a
go from beginners
to professional divers everything
available in these dive
shops they take you to the
dive
areas show you what’s
around is it still open guys it’s a
convenient shop but I’m not sure if it’s
still open there’s a lovely L Hotel
Apartments guys we’ve done a couple of
videos there staff are so
nice there we are so that’s the L Hotel
another little
gem look there’s another dive shop over
there on the
right so look out for the video guys and
on the L us Hotel
Apartments as I said before it’s a
lovely little place and it’s a little
gem looks like the silver shops all shut
for the
season and the penis cocktail
bar and pub that’s shut for the season
guys oh now there’s not a lot around let

down go up towards the center of
Panera where the new fountains are and
the new new Paving and that’s just going
to start about
now there it is there’s a new
Paving let’s go on the new
pavement there’s new pavement on the
other side as
well and we’ve got
founds and flower
beds lovely
new center of
Panera
there’s the new niotis restaurant and
bar there it’s new
location there’s even a
lawn look at that we have had a little
bit of rain but not that much guys
suppose it only takes a little bit for
the grass to
grow and also it’s quite damp in the
morning it’s early morning 6 6:00 in the
morning guys to about uh half 7 there’s
a little bit of mist in the
air and then the Sun comes out and it’s
like this
wow beautiful day I’ve got me t-shirt
and shorts on you can quite easily
sunbath relax by the Sea get in the sea
in fact the sea is not too bad at all
it’s not
cold we’ll be getting in the sea at
Christmas day it’s a
tradition Christmas Day swim every year
it’s normally quite nice not too bad at
all you don’t have to get in and oh wow
it’s freezing cold and get out you can
peddle around and have a little
swim you can’t Bobble around it’s not
that uh warm but you can certainly swim
around so here we are this is a new
Paving is it lovely look at the lovely
Palms they put
up conveniently located hicky pickley
benches and another flower bed here I
like the Palms they’re
lovely there’s the fountain it’s one of
those fountains you can jiggle in and
out of cool down in the
summer there it is do look like it’s
working at the moment maybe later on in
the
day

lovely there we are so we’ve got some
more flower beds those Palms are
amazing actually I’m going to cross the
road and I can show you a couple of the
restaurants or can we see them from here
do you think guys oh we can see them
from here
look there’s the Java beautiful
food we’ve been in there for a long
lovely meal really
delish so that’s the
J this is a brand new grill house used
to be a fishing chip shop but it’s not
now it’s like a Taverna look we do like
Donna kebabs and charcoal stuff oh looks
very reasonable
€650 and
€8 for
Kebab very
reasonable there’s the kns
I also do some delish food guys yes we
went in there and really had an amazing
meal we had it out here there it’s got
some lovely tables and chairs out here
we really had a delish meal there
night’s
Pub definitely two restaurants not to
miss out if you’re staying in Panera the
Java and night’s Pub
delish there’s the wind Mills
restaurant that’s connected to the
windmills apartment which is at the back
we have done a video down there walk
around it and then there’s a cocktail
bar or Pub cuz that says cocktail bar a
little bit further down is windmills Pub
playground
area so it’s a bit of both
guys oh really is a playground area
isn’t it guys look ideal kids can Muck
about in the playground where you have
your slow
beer that’s brand new right on the
corner that’s a brand new sushi
bar there it
is I saw that being taken down it was a
horrible shed thing up there and they
built this lovely sushi
restaurant might try that that one day
right on this
corner more gift shops that are shut
down look at this one he’s blanked all
the windows guys here we are stop the
sunshine get into the
stuff more gift shops down
there and there’s a convenient off
license just on my right next to Fresh
house and we had a delish Burger in
there guys very
fresh now further down I’m not going to
go right down to the end guys is the
lovely Karma
lifestyle it’s uh
apartments and also on the ground floor
they’ve got a massive swimming pool and
an event place and they do delish
Calvary Sunday Calvary not to be missed
and amazing barbecues look out for the
video guys we’ve been in there loads of
times what a lovely walk guys what a
beautiful day just before
