anywhere Bay kicks off with a
masterpiece of engineering Tower Bridge
prepared to be all struck by its towers
and panoramic views of the river temps
the bridge with its iconic design was
built between 1886 and
1894 and was actually chosen in a
competition to create a distinctive
bridge for London therefore it’s no
surprise that it’s been the backdrop for
various events and ceremonies including
the Olympic rings during the 2012
Olympics whilst there are impressive
views from the walkways at the top of
the towers we’ve got something better L
duck later so let’s cross the bridge and
head towards our second attraction of
day two next we step back in time at the
Tower of London where we will spend the
rest of our morning a fortress with over
1,000 years of History see the crown
jewels witness the medieval White Tower
and hear chilling stories of its past as
a royal Prison from the excellent tour
guides from the iconic Ravens to the
historic ceremony every stone has a
story you’ll also get some great views
of London from its walls the Tower of
London is not just a car Castle it’s a
living Chronicle of England’s Rich
history it really is a journey through
centuries after a morning of exploration
it’s time to grab some lunch where there
are hundreds of cafes both independent
and chained to suit any budget or taste
however it seems a shame not to
recommend one of the most famous
restaurants in London which is just
nearby the Ned is a converted bank and
is renowned for its lunch offerings from
fresh seafood at saone to British
Classics at Mill’s Lounge there’s an
option for every
palette you could immerse yourself in
the Grandeur of the Vault room while
savoring some iconic
dishes now refreshed and ready for more
sit we head to the all inspiring simp
pool’s Cathedral climb to the iconic
Dome or explore the stunning interior of
this architectural Masterpiece completed
in 1710 Sir Christopher Ren design boast
a stunning Dome offering panoramic views
of the city did you know that during
World War II St Pauls stood unscathed
amidst the damage and Devastation of the
blitz whether you seek spiritual Solace
or architectural Marvels s PA’s
Cathedral is a testament to London’s
enjoying Grace our journey continues as
we once again cross the river temps
heading out over Millennium bridge this
pedestrian suspension bridge connects St
Paul’s Cathedral with the tape modern
and Shakespeare’s Globe completed in
2000 it’s a symbol of 21st century
design the Sleek steel structure offers
an Instagram worthy backdrop to the city
skyline a few fun facts the bridge sways
slightly embracing the nickname wobbly
bridge and it may or may not have been
rebuilt after the de eaters destroyed it
during Harry Potter and the halfblood
prince The Pedestrian suspension bridge
adds a modern touch to our historic
Adventure you you’ve hopefully worked up
an appetite for an afternoon snack so
let’s head to the foodie Haven that is B
market immerse yourself in the vibrant
energy of the market which was
established in
1851 this culinary gem boasts an array
of fresh produce and international
flavors dive into a gastronomic
adventure as you sample Gourmet treats
from cheese to pastries explore diverse
food stores sample local treats and take
in the Livy atmosphere now depending on
what time of year you’ve chosen to visit
London there is a good chance it will be
around sunset this is the perfect time
to visit the tallest building in Western
Europe The Shard for some amazing views
across the city we promised you a little
bonus tip at the start of this video
remember most people will head to the
Observer deck the view from The Shard
located on the 72nd floor at a cost of £
38 per person however located just 20
floors below you can book a place at at
gong an amazing cocktail bar cocktails
start from £25 but why spend £38 just
for the view and why not enjoy both the
city skyline while sipping on a
delicious cocktail in one of London’s
premium bars for a better price that’s
our suggestion but whether you head to
the observation deck or the cocktail bar
you’ll have some incredible views to
enjoy and be able to spot many of the
sites you’ve seen over the last 2 days
to wrap up the day in style we head to
London Bri City Pier for Serene T’s
Cruise you can head in multiple
directions here even heading to
Westminster bridge to see Big Ben in the
London Eye all lit up at night relax
enjoy the scenic Beauty and let the
river unveil more wonders as you sail
into the evening reminding yourself of
all you’ve seen over the last 48 hours
