We went truffle hunting in the South of France in Aix-en-Provence. The tour is pretty interesting as we walked around the Provençal truffle plantation and learnt a little bit about truffles. We have a friendly truffle dog that demonstrates live on how to search for a truffle. Look at the dog at work!
Most importantly the tour ends with a fresh sample of the truffle that we found and we wash down with some champagne.
