If you’re looking for a nice, reasonbly priced hotel in the Tokyo Seafort / Shinegawa Tennozu Isle area, I can highly recommend the Dai-Ichi Hotel Tokyo Seafort.
The business hotel, only 15 minutes from Haneda, has some nice views and it’s close to the entertainment of Tokyo Bay and Odaiba Island. The Dai-Ichi Hotel Tokyo Seafort is right above a big mall and very close to trains and subways.
