hey to fellow Travelers Mark here with Walter world and today we’re here in bomag Germany and today we’re reviewing the hotel out ring line this hotel I’ve stayed at a number of times over the years like literally over 20 years I’ve been staying at this place is a basic clean hotel but the best part is is actually in the old part of bomag which is tough to get uh you know tough to get spots in so there’s very few accommodations right downtown in the old town so make sure if you’re looking forward this could be a place for you now if you’re looking at its location it is going to be a little bit of a hike from the train station so do take a taxi here if you do have a lot of luggage otherwise you can walk here and you’ll see like history go by as you’re walking this way as it kind of like goes back in time um but in terms of location it actually is literally AC cross the street from the the schinka uh the The Rock Beer the smoked beer place is literally across the street also they have a nice restaurant here that has funken Specialties the alt ring line Hotel uh so that is kind of cool and it’s actually a really clean Hotel uh front desk is nice but I’m going to give you a little bit of you know little bit of a tour so you can see what you can expect [Music] okay here we are in my room with the AL ring line um I’ve actually stayed here a number of times over the years I mean we’ve been coming here for over 20 years like I’ve been this place a lot of times it’s very simple very basic but it’s got a great location right in the old town like literally you’re just walking each your The Rock Beer the smoke beer is like literally right over there um you’re going to go see the Oldtown Hall I mean it’s literally like a 2minute walk I mean this is a wonderful location does take a bit of a time to walk here from the train station though so I’ll give you a heads up if you have big luggage I would recommend taking a taxi uh to get you here just to make it easier on yourself so you do have that but a pretty straight forward room you know you actually have some storage space here to hang things and there’s that so you got your two things to put close so you got a couple people you have that um bed it’s a bit low so if you don’t like low beds it’s B bit low but it’s the two singles together it’s firm it’s fine you’ll sleep in it um you might not want it for your house back home but it’s fine um you have nice little desk are here if you want to work and get some things done like I’ll do some things they do have cable TV um mostly German channels so if you want to prject German you’ll be okay when you’re there and then the bathroom pretty standard shower if you’re a big guy like me or bigger when I used to even bigger um it can be a little bit tight in there ha but it’s fine toilet sink though you do have your hair dryer if you want that’s included in here so that’s nice um they do have the hair and body gel pumper thing in there so that’s where you have that there so uh if you want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner you might want to do that I don’t need as much conditioner and shampoo as I used to so I’ll be okay um so in terms of the hotel there is breakfast every morning you do have that now I do have to tell you when it comes to breakfast it is a little Bare Bones that is the you know bread rolls they have hard rolled eggs scrambled eggs uh coffee they have a machine you can do it yourself um pretty straightforward German fair I mean it’s it’s a Bare Bones breakfast but it’s good and it’s including the price so uh there you go they have a nice front desk the front desk people are very nice like that’s one thing I got to tell you but I have to tell you this one part now I will tell you you do need to know they are very strict on their check-in checkout policy okay like you cannot check in until 3:00 because literally there is nobody working at the front desk like you cannot go inside you can talk to the restaurant next door they won’t help you okay so it’s only at 3:00 they open the door so you can check in so do be aware of that and check in is from 3:00 to 8: going to be after that you probably have a problem as well check out is between 7 and 11:00 a.m. so just be aware they’re very stckers with those uh with those times so that’s what I want to say know those rules but the people that were at the front desk have always been super nice to us I mean they still remember us after all these years of coming here so it’s kind of a cool thing so uh yeah and one of the things that’s nice is the restaurant the all ring Line restaurant that’s attached to this um you can make reservations there and uh eat dinner there lunch there they have funken food like the regional food from here yes this is Bavaria but it’s the Franken part it’s Franken okay and so you have shla like you have Haw of the ham Hawks or the shoulder kind of thing whatever you like to call it but cha that’s one thing you really have to have when you’re here all right and they have it next door or at the at the restaurant here at the hotel so I hope this helps you know what to expect when you come here it’s very clean Hotel not really any issues at all I can’t say that’s why we’ve come back here year after year for over two decades so uh yeah I’ll be have all the best I’ll say bye from here in bomber at the aing line Hotel bye
