Utopia of the Seas | Construction Update: Sailing for the First Time

May 2024 – Royal Caribbean International’s #UtopiaoftheSeas is almost ready for its debut. The ultimate short getaway is back in Saint-Nazaire, France, after five days of testing and sailing the open ocean for the first time. The sea trial, one of the final construction milestones, saw more than 900 experts push the ship to its limits as it covered more than 1,700 miles and reached speeds of up to 25 knots. Everything was inspected, from the navigation and engines to the signature AquaTheater’s stage elements and resort-style pools – all less than 10 weekends ahead of the new vacation’s homecoming party at Port Canaveral (Orlando), Florida, in July.

Hi
It’s a shame a 3 day is the same price as the 7 day I just booked on wonder. Makes no sense to go on this ship.
I even forgot this ship was being built
Welcome to royal caribbean internasional is the… 👍💖🧏♂️🦻🤝🇲🇨

Looking forward to sailing!
WOW! Would love to cruise on here.
ez
Cannot read purple captions
It would be so great if we down under were to have this or its sister visit us for a couple of cruises.
Bring her to Australia one day!!!
Yaasssss going in August! In appreciate of the shorter sailings! My wife and I will be going just us without our two girls. Would be much tougher to do a 7 night one! Thanks RCL for bringing a new ship to shorter itineraries!
Can't wait to see this sailing
Yes!!! Can't wait for July!!!!
Neat shots of the bridge❤
Una merecidas vacaciones Royal Carribean crucero 🚢 de excelencia
Its kind of a shame icon take over cruise news and this beauty was left in the dark
Can’t wait for my 1st back to back on this ship!
Yay
Who else pumped to sail?
hopefully it does 7+ night sailings one day
Click bait, and makes me wonder why Royal Caribbean makes me pay gratuities to staff, when, evidently, if they can just vlog, and can complain about passengers, and make money off that, on You Tube, are they truly looking out for our interests?
I scrimp and save up, for a long time to go on cruises with Royal Caribbean, so for a short time I can pretend I'm living in luxury, and not be judged by staff. Only a Platinum Member (we finally get robes!), so you probably don't care about us , but we love your Casinos.
As a matter of fact we, came into some money, so we are planning our next cruise on Enchantment of the Seas in November 2024, on November 9th, 2024, as well as two others in 2025 (ICON!) , but now I'm not so sure, if this is how your staff feel about customers, and Brand Loyalty.
Carnival doesn't have videos trashing their guests, and their prices are comparable.
No hate, in my real life I'm staff too, which is why we try and Book Royal Caribbean, so we can feel pampered for a couple of days. This is not a good look for your Guests, Royal Caribbean, or the employees.
Does this ship come with absurd cabin pricing for a 4 day cruise? Bigger is always better? Royal Caribbean is such a joke😂
