May 2024 – Royal Caribbean International’s #UtopiaoftheSeas is almost ready for its debut. The ultimate short getaway is back in Saint-Nazaire, France, after five days of testing and sailing the open ocean for the first time. The sea trial, one of the final construction milestones, saw more than 900 experts push the ship to its limits as it covered more than 1,700 miles and reached speeds of up to 25 knots. Everything was inspected, from the navigation and engines to the signature AquaTheater’s stage elements and resort-style pools – all less than 10 weekends ahead of the new vacation’s homecoming party at Port Canaveral (Orlando), Florida, in July.

  1. Yaasssss going in August! In appreciate of the shorter sailings! My wife and I will be going just us without our two girls. Would be much tougher to do a 7 night one! Thanks RCL for bringing a new ship to shorter itineraries!

  2. Click bait, and makes me wonder why Royal Caribbean makes me pay gratuities to staff, when, evidently, if they can just vlog, and can complain about passengers, and make money off that, on You Tube, are they truly looking out for our interests?

I scrimp and save up, for a long time to go on cruises with Royal Caribbean, so for a short time I can pretend I'm living in luxury, and not be judged by staff. Only a Platinum Member (we finally get robes!), so you probably don't care about us , but we love your Casinos.

As a matter of fact we, came into some money, so we are planning our next cruise on Enchantment of the Seas in November 2024, on November 9th, 2024, as well as two others in 2025 (ICON!) , but now I'm not so sure, if this is how your staff feel about customers, and Brand Loyalty.

Carnival doesn't have videos trashing their guests, and their prices are comparable.

No hate, in my real life I'm staff too, which is why we try and Book Royal Caribbean, so we can feel pampered for a couple of days. This is not a good look for your Guests, Royal Caribbean, or the employees.
