Alsacia’s autumn 2023 – [4K]
Alsace! Let me tell you, this place is like a mashup of France and Germany in the best way possible. Fachwerk houses (think colorful houses with wood beams) line the streets of charming towns like Colmar, straight out of a fairytale.
The food scene is incredible. Imagine hearty stews and sausages washed down with crisp Riesling wines. Don’t forget the flaky kougelhopf pastry, perfect for a sweet treat.
The landscape is stunning too. Rolling vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see, with the Vosges Mountains making a dramatic backdrop. Hike up for epic views, or rent a bike and cruise along the countryside.
There’s a real sense of history here. You can wander through medieval castles or explore Strasbourg, a city with a gorgeous Gothic cathedral that looks like it’s made of lace.
Overall, Alsace is a place to relax, indulge in delicious food and wine, and soak up the unique blend of French and German culture.

Lovely landscapes thank you. What month and day were you taking the vid do you recall in Riquewihr? Alsace is Alsace, Germany Choucroute is different, so is much of it's food.
I know that even been a veggie, also Alsaciens understand German language obviously French, versa rarely the case.
