The beautiful city of St Malo & Dinard on the Emerald Coast of Brittany – France 🇫🇷
Day 19 of our three week trip found us exploring St Malo & Dinard once more. Both have been firm favourites of ours for many years. They could not be more different. St Malo is an old historic fortress town and Dinard an elegant seaside resort decorated with the villas of the rich and famous. Connected by a short ferry crossing over the mouth of the river Rance it is easy to enjoy both. Our sunny start to the day did not last and a showery afternoon gave a real autumn feel to the day. We usually find that as we get nearer to England the wetter it becomes. Still not used to it.
