[Music] sometimes these feelings of sadness really overcome me and I know when this happens what makes me feel better is getting Outdoors so I thought I would play tourist in Exon provance today and do some of the things I’ve always wanted to do like take a guided tour and go to a museum and I know I live in such a beautiful part of the world and I love sharing France with you all but it’s not out of my funk it would be a good idea to get out and explore cuz that always makes me happy and I’m doing something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time is actually be like a tourist in Exon pant so I booked a tour with the tourism office here in Exon pant for a 2hour tour so I’m very excited I’m about to meet in I think like 5 minutes so I need to rush over there I’ll share more after the tour [Music] [Applause] [Music] just finished the tour my guide’s name was Simona it was really amazing we got to explore the maserin district which is actually my favorite District in Exon pant so I’m going to leave all her contact information Down Below in the description if you guys want to book a tour with her she does Private Tours I actually booked this Tour on um Exon pran’s tourism website I highly recommend if you’re visiting X to do a little guided tour it was 2 hours it was really really nice to learn so much of the city that I now get to live in as you can see the market is going on behind me and I only have about 20 more minutes so I’m going to go capture uh some daily life here in Exon provance at the farmers market and pick up some oliv for myself and then go grab a bite to eat and of course I’m taking you guys along with me like always we are so blessed to have a market that happens daily in the city center but the best days to see all four markets are on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. this Market is located in plessure and then you have a smaller Market located inel it’s a great way to start your morning by sitting on a Terrace enjoying a cup of coffee and then browsing the market and tasting all the local goodies along Coro you will have a market selling local ponsel Goods like lavender Savon de Mar and lots of clothes a French Basket is a great souvenir in my opinion all the locals own one my go-to at the market is olives so many to choose from you can’t forget the flower market which is a site to be seen you can find it in PL LEL de [Music] ta is of course fully booked you always have to make reservations there so I just got my flaf sandwich to go and we’re going to go to park vome and eat at the park it is really warm but there’s an overcast so that’s blocking the harsh sunlight so it was like the perfect day to do a tour and just wander around the city and I cannot wait to eat I’m actually starting to get a headache because I haven’t ate or drank anything um but now just to waat for my food [Music] today I was bad I didn’t actually bring a water bottle so I had to buy a plastic water bottle water bottle water bottle I cannot speak I think I’m just dehydrated right now and I really need to drink water it’s hot it’s about 84° 85° thank goodness that it’s overcast because we don’t feel the Sun as much but as you can tell I’m tired and hungry I love this restaurant and I highly recommend anybody visiting X to go to tias they have the most amazing Falafel sandwiches my mouth is watering look at this beauty there’s falafel in there oh don’t drop there’s cucumbers oine the most delicious like spicy green sauce it’s really the best so I’m going to sit here in the park there’s a couple people sitting on benches but really this park is always kind of empty which is really really nice I just think it’s perfect to come here and relax and have a picnic if you go to the farmers market you could pick up some produce before before I start eating my sandwich I’ll show you what I got it’s artichoke and truffle this is really good on bread you can put it in pasta they have a whole bunch of different flavors they have sun dried tomatoes and then I got myself olives with um garlic and herbs the pant as well as olives with just thyme they’re both delicious these are like my go-to I have to have these in the house and then my new thing is now getting this I should probably try more of the other dips oh but now it’s finally time to dig into this fle sandwich so [Music] good so I highly recommend if you guys are visiting go check out tidas and if they’re full you can always bring your lunch here and enjoy this beautiful park I think I want to head to Muse G which I Learned was where Sion first started his school learning to draw and paint so that’s very interesting to me and I think that’s more of my style of art that I would like to go see rather than coming in Living abroad has it’s ups and downs. The hardest part is not seeing my family. I know when I get into that mindset I need to do things that bring me joy and that is appreciating this beautiful city that I get to live in. I played tourist for the day, went on a guided tour, browsed the market, ate at one of my favorite restaurants and ended the day at the museum.
