[4K] Mont Saint-Michel – Night Walk

welcome back to the channel today the road takes us to Mount St Michelle and historic ABY off the coast of Normandy France it’s about 10:30 at night right now uh we are spending the night at a hotel here and I thought I’d give you a tour of the village of M St Michelle after hours uh first time here give us a like give us subscribe uh let’s go as you can see it’s very dark here we’re looking towards the coast of France uh we are in the Bay of s Melle Stars up there maybe you can see town is connected to the coast by a bridge uh you must Park about 2 and 1 12 km away and a tram will bring you back all the workers are going home for the night so yes there’s a tram that takes you it runs 24 hours a day for a parking lot over on the coast it runs every I think 12 minutes during today and then after 11:00 p.m. you can call for a ride so all the workers now are running home to get their tra so let you and I walk through the EMP Village of s Michelle off the coast of France here’s the new front gate this is a medieval ABY uh it did go through several Wars in battles there’s up to the Ram parts but it’s pitch black out there right now I will do a video during the day and hopefully get up to the Abbey take a tour of the ABY also this is my hotel and up at the top of the stairs is where a room is and there’s no elevators so we had to take our luggage get on the tram get off the tram wheel them on these cobblestone streets take them up those stairs was it worth it I think so there are several restaurants here on the island but everything closes up pretty early cuz people go home why Stay The Only Exception are the restaurants run by the few hotels on the island and they stay open till about 900 if you’re lucky we had dinner here tonight at the St Pierre we got here this afternoon uh after 5 and a lot of these shops are already closed for the day so so hopefully tomorrow it’ll be bustling today also was a holiday is the Monday after Easter so I think is we’re closed yeah it’s about 10:30 into Monday night everything shut down tight there are a few residents here who live on the island as well as the Pedic tee monks in the abbey want to buy a sword here you go nice to buy your sword not going to lie that was a steep that was a very steep pill also little bit spooky here by myself that’s one of the churches and that was one of the monks and I’m not sure why I’m whispering up there’s the top top of the ABY so there’s the Abby it’s like a thousand years old youever take all right thanks for [Music] watching not sure what that is um thanks for watching uh short video today I’m not sure if I’ll add this to the Daily time toour or make it so I’m not sure but yeah thanks for watching uh put in the comments do you like the short videos long videos what do you like if you Haven yet please subscribe and uh give us a like and a comment and we’ll see you next time when we see where the road takes take care
