welcome to today’s Granada houses video we’re here in the countryside near the town of Monte Frio in the province of Granada Andalucia to show you this spectacular Countryside property which has amazing business potential it comes with separate Apartments three of them plus a house where the owners can live it has full licensing well water everything has been done correctly so it’s ready to go as a business so as you can see we enter into a distribution hallway and this part of the property is the owner section and just here you have a good pantry and the laundry room is just through here it’s quite complicated this house as you’ll find out and then we have a laundry room here this is the water heater that runs this property the apartments have their own water supply let’s go across the hall and through first so a good office space with what really is a single room here but also make another good office and then the bedroom and this is a converted Old Mill the current owners did the entire conversion and everything was done with a mind for running it as a business so you can see here nice nice shower room one of the old millstones which I think is absolutely all of our upcoming videos you see a decent sized bathroom with barath nice high high ceilings here in the sitting room there’s no swimming pool but we’re close to a stream and there are some natural pools here and a waterfall this is a spectacular area for walking or mountain biking or to even do bird watching stargazing pretty much anything try open this so you can go out from here have some extra private space there is a nearby neighbor and they also run a B&B type place so it’s a really good thing because everyone works nicely together and here’s obviously the kitchen fully equipped in principle the house is being sold unfurnished but the furniture is negotiable it’s 3 and 1/2 kilm of track to get from the main road to here look at this I absolutely love these sorts of doors with this really super super tiny windows in in this section of the property we have two apartments the first one here on the left is for two people as you can see there’s a beautiful mezzanine area with the bed stunning ceilings and it’s a fully equipped apartment with kitchenet electric hot water and then a very lovely shower room so it’s cool and comfortable just down this way is the river I don’t think we’ll be able to see it at the moment because there’s a lot of trees grown up now you can see beautiful views this is at the rear of the property the current owners did the reform themselves it was a derelict Mill when they bought it and they’ve made it into this absolutely wonderful comfortable rental property also with space for the owners to live in the house so let’s go opposite now and we’ll look at the larger apartment on this floor this section of the house this one is a two-bedroom apartment you see everything done in the same beautiful rustic style so there’s some heating gain a nice simple but perfectly functional kitchen absolutely ideal for a holiday rental and there are two separate bedrooms here one of them has twin beds in the other has a double little wardrobe as well it’s perfectly equipped for Holiday rentals and because it has a license you can beur that everything is done [Music] correctly and then here we share another really good shower room with a very good sized [Music] shower okay so I’m now going to show you the largest of the apartments this can hold 10 people you can enter VI this door and block that side of the apartment off which you’ll see as we go in I’m just going to close the door because guests have arrived for upstairs this door slides across so if you didn’t need to use the entire apartment you could so let me show you this section first it’s all very again beautifully decorated lovely lovely High ceilings we have a store room which is incredibly [Music] useful and then down here are two two bedrooms again beautiful ceilings it’s very good size double room very comfortable use over the countryside and these two rooms would share this bathroom another good size shower room has everything that you need nice high ceilings this is where we came in so you can see we enter straight into a sitting room dining room we go down here first there are two more bedrooms off this little hallway and the beams here are painted another shower room and then in this Hall and this section you can see painted beams and then we have the last bedroom on this section and this bedroom also has an inbuilt wardrobe so it’s perfectly set for rentals and another bit bathroom here gley Style Kitchen yeah nice high ceiling so the whole place feels really light and Airy and of course very cool which is essential when it’s very hot outside so this is the last of the accommodation areas and as you can see there’s lots of potential lots of scope for business and next we’re going to go and look at the private area for the owners but I’ll show you the little Terrace and where your clients can park here’s Bob Mary look at him isn’t he wonderful and so your clients have this lovely private area here where they can park sit in the shade have a barbecue and just enjoy the wonderful surroundings so as you can see we’re back outside and you would have your own lovely seating area just down here is an extra bedroom with a bathroom it’s not being used at the moment is purely for storage but you could quite easily reinstate it as a bedroom and the door on the left here from the other side we could see that that was the [Music] laundry here we have some of the wonderful [Music] views there’s plenty of parking for your guests so as I was saying before we’re 3 and 1/2 km from one main road and 3 and 1/2 km from another main road so the access is really easy there’s plenty of options for your guests to come in regardless of where they are coming from there’s a good quality septic tank here and I’m not sure we’ll be able to see it because of the undergrowth but the pools the Natural Pools are down here behind this tree the current owners haven’t cut a path down but you could do that so there’s lots of space here where if you wanted to put in a games pitch for 5 side football or badminton or bows bull whatever you wanted you absolutely could just over here is the well and the well has a decal system as well well as which is water softening as well as filtration and that’s what makes this house a completely legal property in terms of rental because it’s been fully inspected it has its license which means that you just change the license into your name and you’ll be ready to go so you can grow your own veggies lots of room to put more trees if you wanted fruit trees and things and not sure if you’ll be able to see it but just down there is the natural pool there’s a little pathway over there that runs from the main road and we have about 4 and a half th000 square meters of land with this property so
