I’m struggling fight for keeping my healthy and also I’m caring about my son who lives with his mother, stepfather and his own son.

My ex wife is a German that I met at my home in Santos Brazil where I was born and came to.

Before I came to Germany, she was my girlfriend and I was in love, this way asked her to marry her personally and after all through whatsapp.

We had a plan before I came, which was: both of us will decide a city where will be suitable for us to live, build a relationship and of course with job opportunities. Then we’ll marry and have children. She also told me that she will help me when I get there.

Since the first day that I was in Germany, her family haven’t accepted me and she basically left me. Her father always shouted me, sometimes in from of my ex wife and she laughs a lot and asked her father to keep going because for her it was funny.

When Benjamin was 1 year and half, she asked the divorce. At the court she said that she had a lot of men since we were together and Benjamin might wasn’t my biological son. She also said that she brought me here to play with me and she and her family wanted me to deport. It is about 5 years.

I’m allowed to have my son, Benjamin two weekends per month. I wish with my simple Chanel to find friends and maybe some Germ who has a blessed heart for helping us, Benjamin and me. Benjamin is mistreated and I have tried to get help from State but it seems that it’ll happen so easily.
