Our name “Miyako from JAPAN” comes from “Miyako” which is the old name for Kyoto, when it was the capital city of Japan.
Kyoto is a wonderful city to discover old Japanese townhouses, Japanese traditional and modern architectures, 1600 Buddhist temples, and 400 Shinto shrines including numerous Unesco heritages.
