In this video you can ride along on Autoroutes A20 E9 and A89 E70 from Brive-la-Gaillarde to Ussel in central France. Brive is a larger city on the A20 and is where the A20 and newer A89 Autoroutes meet. The A89 is a 472-km toll road with most segments having been built and opened in this century.

The A20 is a bit older and similar in length (406 kilometers). It runs from Vierzon (North) to Montauban (South) and is one of the few North-South corridors in France along with the A10, A75 and A7 (Route du Soleil). The region around Brive is quite pretty featuring many glowing hills and old towns worth visiting. I spent a summer here about 10 years ago.
