as the latest in a series of recent protests around 20 activists banded together to block 7even Seas Voyager a cruise ship operated by region 7 SE cruises from entering the port of conero which is located in the finestra department of Britany in Northwestern France the demonstration prevented the luxury vessel from entering the port meaning that up to 706 passengers on board and approximately 447 crew members were not allowed to disembark and explore the French commun as planned while the ship did try it likely could not safely navigate past the protesters who were holding banners from their small boats that read we’re the iceberg a reference to the ill faded Titanic the climate change activists who see the cruise industry as an environmental threat celebrated their Victory here’s what YouTube thinks you should watch next
