Iv had morning swims between 5am & 6.30am at least 3 or 4 swims on every island I have stayed on during my holidays on lefkas, zante, skiathos, kefalonia, kos, and halkidik etc ! It's a magical time of day in greece, clear your mind of everything and relax 👌👌

Can you make a video on the differences between southern, northern, and island Greeks? I've been told that people from Athens have a different attitude than those of Thessaloniki and the islands. Its probably very subtle but its there. thanks

I would not call an old lady a grandma unless she was really old (80+) or knew she had grandchildren. Usually just calling her lady is enough to suggest that she's older than a young lady

I had today my swim 133 since New Year. Most of them here in Plomari Lesbou.
Swimming all the year round with only big waves as a stopper is fine.
The air is often colder than the water, so there is not much lingering on the beach afterwards. More like freezing while walking home, but with a smile on the face.

i did this too when i was in greece, cause im used to wake up early. so when you so close to beach, what can u do when wake up early? a little swim, enjoy the nature and water.

One question, how do you maintain a beard in such hot weather? I usually grow it out for winter and am clean shaven in the Summer. Cheers from Canada.
