Thank you. 🙂 I'll be passing HCMC, just too big. And that train, from Hanoi to HCMC is 32 hours. And I've heard it is not a great experience. Sulfites in wine are from 10-350 PPM. Sulfites in potato dishes can have up to 1,900 PPM. Orange Juice, 500-700. I was in the wine industry for about 12 years. Sulfites in wine are negligible. People who think sulfites in wine will affect them are usually the ones who desire more attention. I've allotted US$800 for rent, but I want a pool and a gym.
PS. I am so glad to hear that most Vietnamese do not smoke. I was a bit worried about that.
