  1. Despite my distaste for cold weather, I can't think of many things that compare to a Central(ish) European Christmas (snow-filled Christmas markets, mulled wine, and surprisingly happy and friendly people given the climate). A couple years ago my Dad and I both agreed – it's nice to live in warm places – but it just doesn't feel right to be somewhere warm and tropical for Christmas.

  2. Hi you talk about the good black soil in Ukraine and Moldova for growing what about pestesides and radiatio from Chernobyl ? I am very picky about what am eat and only eat organic non gmo fruits and veggetables. Thank You

  3. I love Latvia, worked there for a while and will always revisit whenever I canโ€ฆbut letโ€™s be real here; Riga old town is pretty yes but itโ€™s a tiny place and Latvia is becoming increasingly expensive.
Over a decade ago when I first started going it was golden but this video is really shilling. Most people are trying to leave for financial reasons because itโ€™s not possible to survive with just one job there now.
Latvians themselves will tell you itโ€™s a boring place to live. (Which isnโ€™t necessarily a bad thing if you have a family already)
I live in Spain now and itโ€™s realistically cheaper to live there now and has a far far nicer climate.
