Just wanted to share
I had some apples that I had to use up and out came this
Spice cake, layered with stabilized whipped butterscotch, homemade apple pie filling, I used cream cheese frosting to make the rings around the cake for the filling and for the crumb coat then finished with more whipped butterscotch and dusted with cinnamon powder
It was soooo good I'll definitely be making it again during the fall
