In today’s video, I’m continuing my Expat in the UK series. This weekend my wife and I took a short jaunt to Nice, France for a quick visit. Living in England gives us quick and easy access to other parts of Europe. So we jumped on a plane to visit one of our favourite cities in France.
Follow me as I walk the streets of Old Nice and we visit the amazing beachfront. Join us for drinks at one of our favourite bars in Nice. Experience the awesome French Riviera as we visit the Negresco Hotel – one of southern Frances famous hotels. Because we’re so close, we’re able to hop across the English Channel to visit exciting European destinations, and we can literally do that in a weekend!

Welcome to Coffee at the Crossroads. In today's video, I take you along for a quick weekend trip to Nice, France. One of the benefits of living in England is that we can hop across to mainland Europe in just a couple hours. So my wife and I took a short 3 day trip to one of our favourite places in France – that is Nice. It's a wonderful little city right on the French Riviera that is full of history and great food and wonderful people watching. I hope you enjoy!

Bill, what a great trip! I remember those old grand hotels when I visited a long time ago. Museum closed so you went bar hopping! Nice you can get their with a short trip over.
I have been to France many times, my father lived there for the last 30 years, and he loved France. Hence my French name even though I am Dutch 🙂 Great video!
