Is the Statue of Liberty Worth It? First-Time Shock Revealed! BEST travel Guide New York 2026 USA
Hello everyone. Welcome to the channel. Um, I’m in New York and just thought it’d be quick video. Uh, it’s my first time in New York and there’s a few things I wanted to see. Um, and one of them I’ve just saw for the first time. And I have to say I’m disappointed. Um, I don’t mean this is disappointing to see it. It’s just to see it first time from where I am. And there it is in the background, the Statue of Liberty. That’s that’s my first view of it. Um, I had hoped it would be closer, my first view of it, so I could get the kind of wow kind of factor, but I mean like it’s it’s way over there. So, it’s a bit disappointing that that’s my first view of it. But I’m sure it’ll be good when I see it eventually. Um, I’m just taking a we walk. I’ve done a couple of videos from Time Square over that way I think somewhere. Uh, so I’m actually heading to Ghostbusters headquarters, the the firehouse. Um, I think it’s down here. I think you just go just past this bridge and along. This is the Hudson River and down there is the Hudson Park. The Hudson River Park. and the Chelsea Peers, which is a few things. But hi. So, I didn’t really have any real plans for this video. Just thought I’d show my disappointing first view of the Statue of Liberty. As an aside, I talked about films that featured the Statue of Liberty. In a previous video, I talked about what the Xpen filming, but there was one that I totally forgot about, and it’s kind of funny considering where I’m going. So, I’m going to Ghostbusters HQ and Ghostbusters 2 that heavily features a Statue of Liberty essentially coming alive and walking through the streets of New York. Um, not the best of sequels, but as a kid, I loved it. Um, but they’re adult. It’s It’s not got the same I don’t know. It’s not the same level of quality as the first Ghostbusters. Um, first one’s hilarious, but I’ll talk about that in a separate video cuz I’ll do it straight from Ghostbusters HQ, which I’ll be coming up on shortly.
