KICKASS KICKCHARGE POWERHUB PORTABLE 30AH / 380WH – Not Charging, stuck at 02%

Hey guys, i have a kickass powerhub and I use it to power my camping fridge, so far everything has been going wonders and the battery has actually been really great tbh,

Today, i went to a camping trip and when I got to the place i've noticed my fridge wasn't on, and when I checked my battery, it was showing 02%, note it was originally 100% and the road trip was around 1 hour.. No way it should have run out of battery in that hour.

I took it home to charge and now the battery isn't even charging, it's not outputting any power, however the LED still works regardless

Has anyone with the same product seen this issue!? Or someone with more experience on battery stuff can shed a light?
