    Hi Yann,

    Avoid the riverside freelancers late at night. It's full of methheads
    and ladyboys. Yes, it's cheaper than bars, but not worth the risk.

  2. I lived and worked in Cambodia from 1998 to 2018. The waterfront in 1998 filthy with beggars and thieves. The ladies were very poor, often skinny. The country was still recovering from the Khmer Rouge. Many young people have never heard of Pol Pot.
