I appreciate these are an old model and no longer available to buy new, but did anyone use one of these back in the day?
Presumably they’re just a closed cell foam pad within a nylon outer?
Worth trying to pick one up second hand, or just stick with a ridge rest or Thermarest?

I don’t have experience with that particular pad – is it definitely closed cell foam, or is it a self-inflating pad? (In case you don’t know, was it squishy or solid? Self-inflating would be open cell foam so has a little loft to it, closed cell foam is more like firm styrofoam). I only ask because from the looks of it and what I saw from googling it, it looks self-inflating, which should help narrow your replacement search.
I had that exact one for over a decade. Probably not as light as a newer model but it’s not heavy and it works great. Extremely durable
Where did you find that, and how much?
I find that older valves tend to leak. I dont seek out used pads any more.
