  1. Ok, I’m LITERALLY just getting off a ship and I must add, a cabin that’s under the kitchen! Did not realize it but I could hear them washing dishes, dropping pans, and other items, as well as hear the blenders going. It was absolutely a horrible experience!

  2. I love balconies for drinking coffee in the morning, sun rise / sets, sound of ocean for sleeping, and it’s personally worth the money. Got an aft extended balcony for my cruise…14th floor.

  3. I think most all your views are aged based… I have high status on RC and Celebrity… most issues you mention dont apply… maybe age or weight mobility play into this ?

  4. Just did a cruise in an interior facing balcony. Yes you get less privacy but they cost less than a regular balcony. I see no real difference other than the view but yeah you have to wear pants on your balcony 🤷‍♂️

  5. We booked a cabin that was Starboard Forward on the Mardi Gras and will NEVER do that again. Having our Grandson with us on his very first cruise meant spending hours at the waterpark which is at the Rear of the ship. So every day was like a trip to the beach.. grab and pack everything we would need OR be ready for a long long walk. We never did see all of that ship and we aren’t new to cruising.Maybe if we booked like we always do with a Midship cabin higher up it wouldn’t have been so bad but as for now we don’t like a Mega ship. The Waterpark was amazing and was a definite hit for us all 😊

  6. Just cruised for the first time and went with Freedom by RC. I was blessed to get a cabin on deck 6 because low and behold, I get motion sickness 😢 anything lower would've been unbearable. This is also something to note, if prone to motion sickness do something higher, it'll help especially when seas are rough. Happy cruising 🎉🎉🎉

  7. I love inside cabins over central park and boardwalk. I have never heard pool deck and been under it many times, I also love feeling ship movement. Title should be

If you are like me and or cruise on cheapo ships

  8. I’ve had all sorts of cabins and never had any of these issues. Noise is always reasonable. People have to be realistic, if they want dead silence then rent a cabin in the woods. This is a resort with 24/7 activities, there’s gonna be noise.
