Individual Restaurants’ Forbici concept will open its southernmost restaurant in the capital on 27 October.

The 44-seat restaurant will be located on 120 Tooley Street in the capital’s London Bridge district.

This opening marks Forbici’s fourth opening since its 2025 launch, joining two Manchester outposts on Cross Street and in the Trafford Centre, and one in Sheffield.

Forbici’s London restaurant will centre around its pizza oven and open kitchen “putting the making of the pizza firmly on show and creating a sense of theatre from the street and a spectacle as you enter”.

Forbici was one of only two UK pizzerias, along London Crisp, to rank in the Best Pizza Awards global top 100 ranking this year – and was hailed by chef Marco Pierre White as “the very best pizza I’ve ever had in my life” following an visit to its original Manchester restaurant.

Individual Restaurants’ CEO Andrew Garton said: “Opening Forbici in London is a significant next step for the brand. We’ve seen a strong response since launching in Manchester and have continued to build on that with Sheffield and Trafford Centre, but our focus has always been on growing Forbici without compromising the quality and craft that the brand has been built around.

“The recognition we’ve received, including our place in the Best Pizza Awards Top 100, has given us real confidence in the proposition, and we believe now is the right time to bring Forbici to London.”

Forbici’s opening comes hot on the heels of Individual Restaurants’ upcoming open of its debut pub, the Last Exchange.

The group counts Piccolino and Riva Blu among its other restaurant brands.
