Always wise to consider the profession of the person you meet if they are younger than you too. Do they want children?
It would be really cool if there were more content about the 6 months working per year. For those people on coasting FIRE a really good idea to do this for some people – tax benefits. What kind of jobs suit this? Nurses? IT contractors? Campsite wardens? Ski instructors? Etc etc

I'm not looking for a travel partner. I am a bit amazed over people wanting to travel so much. To me it's mostly a hazzle, sure to go to some resort every once in a while, if it's a good one, it can be fine. But the day-to-day travel, new accomodation all the time, new people that usually don't speak your language, new food, new money, man, I guess each to his own ๐
Well thatโs a new perspective – picking a partner depending on where they can get visa free travel. Iโm thinking thereโs a few other few crucial variables. Always enjoy your channel.
Not sure there are a 193 countries I would want to go to or that I think are economically feasible. Some are too expensive or arenโt weatherly feasible for many parts of the year
As a full time traveler which hasn't been to almost as many places as you and has dated many women in many countries I will say the worst place you should ever look for love and a good woman is the USA. I have my own list of best and worst but the USA is absolutely the worst by a long shot. Where a person can travel isn't really a consideration for me but best wishes from Thailand. Which is a pretty hard place for women to get a visa to the USA which is fine by me ๐

I looked at the list for a Thailand passport. Those countries are plenty interesting to me for any conceivable amount of traveling we might do.

This is so present in my life right now. Iโm trying to find places my Filipina GF can go and its slim.
When traveling and meeting a potential gf or bf, the following needs to be understood.
'Dating' someone or 'not dating' based upon their passport rank should not be the primary or sole reason. It's based upon what you seek, and what works best.
22 years ago, as a single gentleman and American, this was the furthest thing from my mind. It didn't have a bearing in any decisions I made. That was my choice.
I did ultimately find a wonderful mate, whom I later married. She happened to be a Vietnam citizen, and their passport is not like that of the USA. It didn't bother me a bit, as I liked Vietnam and ASEAN and it was easy for me to take her along with me. Still it was never a concern.
I guess what I am saying is this is a highly personal decision, but don't let something insignificant as a passport deter you from being with who you love.
If it is a big thing for you, then you need to examine what it is you seek, and if things are right for you.
Don't just exclude a country or a person simply because of their passport.
If I did exactly this 22 years ago, then I would never have what I have now. A great marriage to a wonderful Vietnamese woman!!!
BTW, if I chose to not have a lover from the country of my heritage, I would be excluding a whole bunch of people…my ancestry is India. I am not married to an Indian. I am married to a Vietnamese. I am perfectly happy, and see no reason why this has any bearing.
I remember a time when me, an American on a USA passport, had a heck of a time getting a visa to Vietnam! The year was 2002. It wasn't always easy.
BTW, you still need a visa for Vietnam, but it's a lot easier. Same can be said for travel to India.
Those who whine about visa need to get their priorities straight.
Something else to consider but is rarely mentioned is the problem with Off-loading. For citizens of the Philippines, the immigration official can keep them from leaving the Philippines for various reasons even though the destination country doesn't require a visa. This is more troublesome when the Filipina hasn't ever traveled outside the Philippines. It's also not clear how best to get through this issue as it's not a consistent process for all citizens of the Philippines.

Never go overseas hunting for love โคthe ladies can smell the desperation of a man looking for a woman ๐ฉ and you will probably get scammed. Just travel if it happens it happens if it don't maybe next holiday don't be desperate you will probably end up with a hooker who will divorce you and use you ๐๐โค !
