I would add Lucca… Is amazing beautiful city in Tuscany, not so big but very charming! Torino is a very good choice too!
Bilbao isn’t underrated.
Great video, But only a small typo a lot of people make but Tallinn, Is with two nn's at the end. Estonian is a weird language. Also he other baltic states are very underrated in my opinion like Riga and Vilnius but yeah most people don't know of Talinn. I would reccommend all people to go to Tallinn and maybe make it a baltic trip or visit their northern neighbor Helsinki, Only 20 euros for the boat. And towards Riga you can go by Luxxe busses and they are like 15 euros to go to riga on a very modern nice bus. Also transportation in Tallinn is very cheap and convenient.
What about polish cities? Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Kraków, Poznań, Lublin, Toruń, Olsztyn, Bydgoszcz and so on?
I agree with your list, but a city I think that a lot of people 00 don't even know is Valetta Malta's capital.
