Hastingues is a beautiful medieval village in the department of Landes, in the south-west of France.
It was built when the area was under British governance by Hastings.
Lands were given to the citizens in order to built their house.
When wandering in the village, you will see many signs of the medieval past of the place.
This is a little gem off the beaten track, like most of the places I show on my channel.
