    This is Bratislava, Slovakia, the arguably most underrated in city Europe. We travelled here from Turkey to explore Slovakia, a former communist country (as part of Czechoslovakia) with influences from both east and west and a rich history from a beautiful corner of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, to former frontline in Cold War. Located only 80 kilometres from Vienna, Austria, Bratislava feels both central and eastern European at the same time and its hard to believe this city was separated completely from its bigger neighbour for over 50 years. Traveling here in 2023, with Slovakia part of the EU and Schengen borderless travel zone feels a world away from that period of time. Welcome to Bratislava, Slovakia

      Hi, guys. Luckily, I had just finished lunch when I began to watch this video. Sometimes, when I haven't eaten and begin your program I end up ravenous by the time it is finished😋 🤣. I blame the two of you for your incredibly descriptive explanations of what you are eating and what the ingredients/spices & herbs are in them.       Was in Bratislava and Budapest this year beautiful…also as my ancestors came from there and Czechia…very interesting.The National Museum in Bratislava was very interesting but I found quite upsetting the history.Bratislava small but interesting town.😊

      Great Video.
      Glad the hostel wasn’t so awful after all 😂.
      I went to Bratislava in 2019 and I literally walked to Kittsee which is a village populated by Slovaks but is in Austria. Considering the history it’s fascinating that you can just walk across.
