Guys what do you think about this slower pacing and longer video format? Keep it this way or continue with my usual fast, high-energy, straight-to-the-action style?
I'm here right now on a student visa from USA, just wondering what Visa option you went with and why. Thanks brah
A whole fuckin spa facility on the top of the building? Could chill there every morning
What was the name of your friends luxury condo complex in Bangkok? With music room and ice room etc?
สวัสดีครับพี่
Navy wives association is the group of women who are married to Thai Naval officers. They get together for the purpose of social
events, charities work, fundraising etc. I graduated from Naval nursing college years ago. Some of my classmates married Naval officers, and they are members of this association. I kinda remember the area but there are some changes. Btw, that durian meals are very interesting. I have never seen that before. I have to say my Thais are very creative when it comes to food!
$5000 in disposable income per month? That sounds high Paul considering you can get a nice apartment for less than $1000 per month.
Hey paul i have a question, so we've done enough research in terms of Work permits, Work Visas, Citizenship, driver's license, housing, entrepreneurship etc which we will have access to get in the future, but my question is because I play soccer (Futbol) have been playing since I was 7 years of age winning multiple little league, high school and college championships on my resume, is there a way I can walk on or try out for a soccer team in Thailand? Do you have any friends that play at all? If so please can I give you my email address to give to them or for yourself to have more information on trying out for a soccer team there, I'm a striker, thank you once again for your content.
I love my apartment building, but I wish my agent showed me that building with the spa!
Noisy motorcycles, super noisy tuk tuk, noisy cars, all with modified mufflers to maximize noise and disruption. The opposite of peaceful or natural. The car culture there is super ghetto and aggressive. Dystopia!
It was a navy’s wives association, it for all the navy’s wive to support, get to know each-other including financial support, charity etc.
About Pattaya, if you want a bit quiet and relaxed neighborhood, choose Chomthien, only a few kilometers away. Rent is cheaper and food is generally cheaper as well if you shop at local daily night market at Theppasit market. If you prefer beach ambience there is also a night market across the road to the beach where you can sit on the bench drinking Thai beer while watching sunset on the beach horizon. BTW, you can pay MRT fare if you have VISA/MasterCard, just tap and enter. You can also board Chao Phraya electric boat to visit places, just tap Visa/MasterCard.
I’m trying to find out what building at the beginning with that massive pool…incredible
Name of the condo with the music room please
Phuket is ridiculously priced now. There are many places I will visit in TH before I step foot in Phuket again.
Was that you on the dartboard?!? Some sick shooting!
Love video, excellent job as always. Questions-what area is your friends condo again? What’s the name of the place you guys were playing darts? I’m visiting Thailand next year for the first time. I’m planning and rearranging and planning again. It changes every day. Thanks again. Keep the content flowing.
Thats so cool, I'm doing similar in the Philippines from Seattle. Best of luck and hope to see you in the future in both the Philipines and in my bucket list of Thailand! Have a great week!
Just discovered your channel.
Is in thong lor area the condo?
Thank you
Awesome video Paul. The longer format is good, very engaging 🙂
This is probably thrn best starter video that weve seen on Bangkok. Brilliant content, structure, presentation and editing. We are already here, currently in Chinatown and moving to Sukhumvit area shortly. Subscribed!

PS: What camera are you using? Colours and quality so bright and clear.
how many calories a day all three of you guys together?
I’ve been twice this year. Once during spring break, and then for a month this past July. I’ve already bought my 1-way ticket for June and plan to stay for at least a year. May stay longer! Thanks for these videos
How do you get a resident visa to live in Thailand? And thanks for all of your Thailand videos !
Russians get 60 days visa. Must bee heaven for dem. But we in war whith the evil. God luck on the wrong moves. Love thai people. But no.
I have the Thai retirement visa and rent a condo 1 bedroom, furnished near Asoke in Bangkok at 18000 baht a month including electric, washing, WiFi with movie package if I chose to watch TV.
Currently have work in Malaysia in the oil and gas although originally I worked in Thailand for almost 8 years.
I enjoy pace of life in Thailand and although I am almost 61 plan to work a little longer.
My Thai partner has a few businesses and does not need anything from me except being a good boyfriend.
She is actually a multi millionaire so actually she makes far more money than I could make as an expat in the oil and gas industry.
Her thai husband died a few years ago because of covid related illness which caused him to go into a coma and die.
I am ready to retire soon and enjoy more time with her.
I love this video! It is informative and entertaining!
very interesting vid, thanks for sharing !
I fully agree about the people living in Thailand and not speaking Thai even a couple words make me think wow.. I've been in Thailand for 3 months and learned a little bit and going to educate myself more through learning every day since I decided to stay her for at least one more year. Before I wasn't sure if I could stay here because of the visa case. Cool video 🙏
You can handle durian better than me and im 100% thai 😂
That young man is over there living his best life!
Thailand is best place for foreigners to move to. Indonesia and Vietnam next. Dont bother going to Philippines it’s too dangerous there for tourists and retirees 😊
Ohhhh welcome to Thailand.😊
The prob is the time zone. How are you able to live there? Id have a remote ametican job and schedule so id have to live like a vampire……also, what visa allows you to stay that long?
Such a great vlog man, thank you. Really nice o see the community you have built for yourself there
Nice video about your journey
Thank you !
great work ! loved this video and information you shared
I just found your channel. Love it so far. Can you please clarify your "i recommend having at least $5k disposable income" statement. Is that monthly usd income?
