Germany to Lauterbrunnen
In this video we travel to Lauterbrunnen Switzerland. Along the way we stop in Baden-Baden for coffee and are pleasantly surprised at all the Christmas decorations and a small Christmas market.
We also make a stop in Freiberg Im Breisgau. At first this town seems underwhelming although the cathedral is visible in the distance. The gothic cathedral built in 1200 and surviving WW2 is really great and all of the gargoyles spewing rainwater are awesome. The town has hidden beauty as we walked around and discovered Freiberg.
We arrive in Lauterbrunnen in the dark and ride a train to Wengen where we book a chalet. Stay tuned next week as we wake up in this beautiful place and go to the top of Europe.
