Salt Pans near Carnac
of the beach a beautiful evening over there is the kebron and carac and you swing around on the back of the beach here is the salt pans they restored them a couple of years ago really interesting place to visit especially in the evening there’s all sorts of wildlife here lots of different birds and behind is a lake so we’re going to have a visit cuz last year we saw a couple of beavers there it was such a surprise not even the locals knew they were there got a few of the salt pans and over there is the salt Celler over right in that corner is the campsite the beach is Just Over the Hedge there and this is the salt pans again lovely to see the reflection of the sky in the water there’s the salt pans and in the far distance of the beach and if we pan round over the bank here is the lake there are three tiny Islands on the lake with the turn nest every year and they do make a bit of a racket but they are nice to see and this is where we saw the Beavers last year the second Lake directly behind the beach but next to the Salt Pand and I’ve just seen the beaver swim along but I wasn’t quick enough to record him well back at the beach now and can you see how flat the sandunes are on this side if we pan round on the other side of the path the sand Junes are hilly that’s not natural that’s manmade underneath all this sand hold World War II bun because but were the Germans
