INSIDE PARIS’S NEWEST 3 Michelin Star Restaurant (€455 Menu) – Le Gabriel
Join me in Paris, at the newest 3 Michelin star restaurant, called Le Gabriel.
It’s located inside La Réserve Hotel and Spa.
In 2015, Le Gabriel opened it’s doors with Chef Jerome Banctel on the pass.
Within a year they had 2 michelin stars, and got the third this year in 2024.

My name is Alexander. I’m the co-owner of a ONE Michelin star restaurant, and I’m on a mission – to find inspiration in gastronomy. I love fine dining, good wine and sharing what I know with other people.

That was beautiful.
What I don't understand is how people are expected to eat and drink so much in one sitting. Each dish is quite small, but when you have so many of them, it's an extremely large meal.
3 star restaurants have lost the plot today. Portions are ridiculous.
I would like to taste Krug and some of those fancy wines. Whats gonna happen with the bottles when a guest orders a glass of wine as on the video ? Does he have to buy a whole bottle ? I mean as part wine pairing.
Im hungry
named chef of the century twice 🤣
Drinking 1 bottle of Water in over 6 hours as a group of 4?
Your show reminds me of what could've been for myself in a positive way. Wonderful thank you so much.
Thank you for traveling us into this world Sir Alex. So much respect! ❤️❤️❤️

I was surprised Alexander never mentioned the Chef’s long term work relationship with Ambroisie with chef Pacaud.
Hungarian??? where did that come from?
Dog fat???
Watching this video eating a sandwich and drinking a simple wine while imagining that i have caviar and a glass of DRC in front of me. The videos just keep getting better and better.
2500 is so good for those delicacies…Let's go. And, thanks for this wonderful programme.
you can not have any stars while you have extremist islamists in the city, (and hey Youtube i will not write islamists with a capital letter so stop correcting it)
Can we pair whisky in fine dining?
Hey Alexander. Love the videos. Question about the bread.
"It was warm" threw me off. But if this baker supplies a large quantity to hotels and such. Do they bake it off themselves or how does that work?
This looks excellent — pretty much what you want from modern / traditional French cooking.
Far Far too formal for me these French 3 star. too stuffy and make you feel like you cannot relax. Give me the Core or the Gavroche any day of the week.
