Preferred Tour: @12.60€ per adult, the Inseltour West.
Covers: Return trips from the port Prien/Stock to both islands- Herreninsel and Fraueninsel including either Gstadt or Bernau
Trip Details:
Morning- 08:30 :- Start at Prien/Stock port and take a boat to Herreninsel. Explore Herrenchiemsee Palace, its gardens and the museum. Horse carriages are available between the Herreninsel port and the palace during 10:20 to 17:50 @5.00€ per adult.
Midday: Head to Fraueninsel. Visit the Benedictine Abbey, explore the island’s art galleries, try some regional cuisine at a local restaurant or enjoy a picnic by the lake.
Evening: Head back to Prien/Stock. Take the Chiemsee-Bahn (until 19:10) to Prien Bahnhof @4.50€ per adult

Recommendations:
* Arrive early to the Prien Bahnhof then walk to the port as the Chiemsee-Bahn from Prien Bahnhof starts only at 10:15.
* You can always take the Chiemsee-Bahn on your way back 🙂
* Islands get very crowded after 11:00, peaking during lunch hours.
