    Next, we head to Old Town to experience a truly unique Bari tradition: watching local women make fresh orecchiette pasta right on the streets. This iconic scene is a must-see, and the skill and passion these ladies put into their pasta are inspiring!
    *Nino – il Salumiere*
    From there, we visit Nino – il Salumiere to sample the famous panino, made with freshly sliced meats and cheeses in a bustling atmosphere that truly captures the essence of a local salumeria. Watch as they craft delicious sandwiches, packed with flavors only found in Bari’s delicatessens.
    *Open Market at Piazza Mercantile*

    2. Ciao amico mio,sorry to hear you had some mishaps, unfortunly when it comes about food you need to be very careful of what you eat and what you combine with. Generally speaking south italy cuisine and particulary that from puglia is rich and heavy in flavor and substance .I think olive and burrata was NOT a good idea. Anyway you're fine now and by the way when you are in sea towns watch out of mussels and cockles. Ti aspetto a Roma la prossima volta,saluti!

    3. Dear Alex if you eat in two days all the special heavy food of Bari your stomach indeed faults. I am of Bari and I eat in one month the food you have eaten in 2 days. Many fried food, the panino filled of mortadella spicy salam fried tomatoes spicy cheese and a lot of pepper ruined your stomach. Next time take informations about good cheap restaurants because Giulio Cesare is not on the top, it's only an old trattoria in Bari. Have nice experiences.

    4. Ancora in gamba il mio Nino!!! Era un po' che non lo vedevo: sarà voluto essere presente per le riprese. Ma la sua salumeria è sempre al top. Mi dispiace vedere le orecchiette così grandi. In questo modo le fanno in tutta la Puglia, ma la vera barese non è più grande di una unghia.
