    1. Stephanie has a cute accent. Had a chance to try 3 different types of ramen while in Tokyo three weeks ago and one of them is the chicken soup ramen from Menya Sho in this video. Definitely has a very distinctive flavor and is very good. My favorite is hands down Tsukemen Gonokami though, a must try in Shinjuku.

    2. Stephanie In America we finish the broth off and leave the bowl empty But I heard in Japan that you leave the broth and only eat the topping and noodles, is this True?

    3. She seems a lot more comfortable in this episode than the last. Finding her stride and hosting with more confidence. I just had ramen for dinner, so this was good to watch while eating.

    4. OK so am I out of line for suggesting that there is a wonderful chemistry between host and guest??? Just so you know: I think thwy would make the most cute couple! Arigato!

    5. Great video Stephanie! I love how animated Stephanie gets with her facial expressions. I love Japan by Food and all the content you all put out for us. Thank you again and please have a beautiful day and weekend! Can't wait for the next video!
