I love your youtube, Yet over and over they say that rent is half of US, PLEASE it can be very deceiving since US rental can be as low as $500 to $50000 a month , All depends on city and location and property, As same as any country. BIG DIFFERENCES are , If one lives in a town that you don’t need car , So huge expense of having car gets eliminated and healthcare can put one in bankruptcy in US , versus EUROPEAN have a comfort that their health is being taken care of with very little expense versus US and also internet way less expensive.
      So between car and health insurance& internet,You save easily $1300 a month and real estate generally compared city to similar city is less
