Join me for the day as I take to the streets of Jordan’s capital, without a phone or map, with only broken Arabic to get by.

  1. Thank you for visiting Jordan, when visiting next time you'd want to pick a moonless night and go camping in Wadi Rum in the south and watch the sky night there its the best also north in spring is a beauty

  2. Thank you for visiting my country, I hope you enjoyed your stay here.
it's not a surprise from the Jordanian hospitality and culture identity to serve and not letting you pay.
I'm beyond proud of my people who showed generous image of our country and culture.

  3. Thank you very much for making this video. Grew up in a small town in Jordan & Last time I was in Jordan was about 25 years ago. I've been living in Canada and now thinking of going back. It's nice to see Jordan through your eyes. Much appreciated!

  4. Hi Will! Thank you for making this video, it made my day. Your Arabic is great for the amount of time you've been learning! Don't get frustrated, I noticed you were speaking fusha Arabic, not ammi; that's where the confusion happens with locals.
I love seeing my city through someone else's eyes, makes me appreciate living here. Going in blind with no map or phone is a genius way to experience a new place, will be trying that when I next travel! 🙂

  5. I came across one of your videos and ended up watching more—absolutely loved them! I hope you had an amazing time in Jordan. Amman truly is a special and magical city.

  6. Loved the entire video and your commentary, Jordan is a small yet rich country, just like the rest of the Middle East, and it is so sad for me as a Jordanian when I see angry chants in Britain about us.

You give me hope man, you're a really smart and ambitious, please stay so.

I enjoyed the video so much, please keep it up.

  10. I wish if locals would be more sincere with foreigners and wouldn’t think of how they can take more money from them. It would show really beautiful Islamic character.
