Grateful for this. 😎
You are so straight, thats what i really like on you Videos.
I love the different greenery and flowers in parts of the city… makes it prettier! Thank you for sharing!!! 😎💙✌
Gabriel, the Russian Market is an early market. Closes around 4pm iirc. The journey from there to Bassac Lane costs about 5000Riel ($1.25) so, yes, you are being overcharged. Haven't been to PP since last November but the prices you are paying for food are up to twice what I would normally pay on st 172 or Kampot.
00:17 — Gabriel, anywhere whose “Happy Hour” begins at 07:00 is a winner with me. Got a big kick out of seeing that sign!
* Pork anything is a winner with me!
* 95F, in April yet, does not bode well for the heating up that will take place during the rest of the Summer.
* Malis looks brilliant! Maybe eat yoyr last meal there if you have not left Cambodia already, Gabe!
* 05:45 — Avo Toast is all the rage everywhere!
* 06:28 — Shout out to Grace Slick who so marvellously sung “White Rabbit” with The Airplane (Jefferson, that is!) ❤
Man,could that Broad belt!
* 07:50 — I recommend waiting until you get to Greece to order Greek food, knowing you will get the real deal, there and cooked to perfection (hopefully, too). But, you know that,G., too.
* 17:35 — Dragonfruit is fruit of the Gods! I wish we had the ones with the beautiful purple-y, magenta flesh here for they TRULY are instagram- photo worthy.
* 18:11 — Russian Market is still called such, oddly enough, because there was a large Russian expat population living in that city in the ‘80s
* 21:28 — Gabriel, aren’t you accustomed to extreme heat and humidity by now, having been in India during the summers or … wasn’t it humid at that time? You are a hearty Soul, with great presence of mind, I dare add.
25:30 — Gabe you are in Cambodia and you are eating a cheeseburger and fries? Suit yourself, of course but, I would try to eat more local delicacies because when are you going to get to eat Cambodia food stateside, much? Or, elsewhere, much?
25:15 — Coda: Ever tried Tiger beer? I did once. It is not too shabby. Then again, I like me sone Heinys (NOT big butts) and you do not, so …
Heinys are Heinekens btw.
I noticed most ya videos Ur not very friendly with people too serious sense of humour helps . And part of travel is meeting people and mixing in with the culture
Another amazing video very enjoyable .
Another interesting journey exploring, happy to take the free rickshaw ride and experience it from here.
I can’t believe you didn’t eat at the Greek place
go to kampot, swim in the river you will love it.
One of your better videos ..been a regular viewer for 8 years..keep on movin !!!
You should do the audio tour at "Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum"
Great video. Really in depth look at Phnom Penh. The backstreet neighbourhoods, local markets and the beautiful temple, all contrasting parts of this living thriving city. What a great ending with a rickshaw ride at sunset, and a mojito to finish off the journey. Loved the music.❤ Cheers!🍸
Nice… It’s 42* F and windy here… dipping down to 25 over night. We still haven’t turned the corner to spring yet here! 🥶
what an absolutely cool bar at the end…the song you chose was perfect
Cambodia a lot more expensive than I thought it would be.
This is a cool city. Another great video 👍
Absolutely love the intro song. I listen to their youtube audio from time to time. Great choice in music you have sir!
That was funny when you said " Atleast dogs are all napping …" and one of them heard you and said "Sorry buddy , not me !!".
Looks like this one followed you all the way from Jaisalmer !! 😂😂
Such chill vibes here Gabe! Fantastic music, footage and editing. Pnom Pen has been added to the list!
You're getting ripped off. Airport Taxi is the most expensive and abusive kind of taxi rates you can find. You are being charged double what the actual cost is, why not try to negotiate it first? The airport taxi can't be negotiated, but the rickshaw can
Is it usually that warm and humid there?
Are you still in Cambodia 🇰🇭? If you’re We would like to invite you to visit my village in outskirt of Phnom Penh
Oh bhai Gabriel, kaise ho??
I suggest you to use GRAB for transportation
Great look at Cambodia so far. Love it. PS, maybe in 10 years, you will be living in Cambodia or Thailand, and visiting the exotic and 3rd world of the U.S. where we make t-shirts and ear buds as our primary industry and can get a rickshaw ride through the various downtowns.
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
While you are in Phnom Penh , try and visit Euro Park and old French concession.
09:31 That's a really old part of PP. The pagoda is called Preah You Vong Pagoda. Always unfriendly looking dogs there.
Watching this makes me want to go immediately, but I wonder if a visa is needed. Anyone with info, please share.
Gabe how come u didn’t show the killing fields
All the cheap stuff is cheap…and the rest very expensive…like good yoghurt…so dont spread fake information 😢😢
😃👍
