Wildpark Leipzig (Also called Wildpark connewitz) is a 42-hectare wildlife park.
It is estimated that it houses around 25 central European species. Here you can find red and fellow Deer, Bison, Lynx, Birds of prey , Raccoons and Otters.

It was originally established in 1904, and was rebuilt post WWII. reopening it’s doors in 1987. it is a peaceful, educational, and family-friendly nature retreat.

Paid Parking : Around Euro 1.00 per hour, and Euro 8 for up to 8 hours.

How to get there
Take the Tram Line 10 from Leipzig HBF to Connewitzer Kreuz, then Switch to Bus Line 70 that will drop you right in front of the entrance
Approx. – 28 minutes, and will cost you around 3,50 euros without a Deutschland ticket.
Alternative route
take the S-Bahn Line S5/5X/6 from Leipzig HBF to Markkleeberg Nord, then switch to Bus Lie 70.
Approx. 30 minutes, and will cost you around 3,50 euros without a Deutschland ticket.
